Cleopatra Hotel and Spa

A great centrally located hotel near newly constructed AMIMO MALL and plenty of shopping and banks nearby.
The hotel was built with attention to details with solid design. It has regular and suits (larger and more amenities units). We stayed at a regular unit this time but will try the suit next time. We loved the fresh to order breakfast, juices, and coffee - lates, macchiato
All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating including those who work at the front desk, Ashenafi (server), bar staff, Johny (Bell person with huge smile, positivity and fun guy) and guards and the manager - Tilahun.
There is plenty free parking, night club and spa on site for your convenience.
It is a clean, safe, and centrally located hotel 🏨 in Dire-Dawa we would recommend to friends and families and would stay here again.

King bed, AC, mini fridge, hot water with decent water pressure, for 490 birr per night (on arrival, not in advance). Really nice, clean room, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was fast.

I visited Dire Dawa in February of 2017. After being disappointed with a hotel knows as Karamara Hotel/Ras Hotel II, I booked a room at Cleopatra Hotel and Spa. It is about 5 minutes walk from Karamara. This is the best hotel I have been to in Dire Dawa. Low budget, yet very comfortable, clean and good food. The beds are large and clean, washrooms and bathroom are clean. The rooms are neat and fairly large. Wifi reception is relatively good. Hot water is available 24/7. Hwever, the location is not so good. Looks like it is not along on major road, rather in neighborhood in an area of Dire Dawa called Gende-Qowre. It is about 10 minute walk from Dire Dawa Ras Hotel. It appear to me that the building is new. I paid 470 Birr (about 20 USD). Breakfast is included. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great food and friendly staff. The facility is expanding to provide even more services and accommodations.

History tells us Queen Cleopatra was a smart and beautiful Egyptian kingdom history. And i think this hotel name came after the legendary queen Cleopatra. I like their Hospitality. They have western and local dishes on the menu. Their rooms are also of a good standard.

Great place to stay at with a very respectful staff but the bathroom was a bit of inconvenient, shower and toilet wasn't working as well as we needed it. Loved the food and their coffee was awesome!

Hotel is spectacular. Spa is 😁. Stayed in the hotel for a month, cleopatra is genuinely great! All the staff treated me nicely.

Most of the services are very good but the internet service need to have redesigned and redeployed
