From the moment we came in to the moment we received the jacuzzi we were treated great.

They helped us find the perfect jacuzzi and even gave us really good complementary gifts, like a floating LED bar. They also provided us with all we might need for the jacuzzi to keep it clean.

We have been to other stores and we experienced Agua Flo as a much more professional business. I would recommend to buy your jacuzzi and sauna here!

From walking into the showroom to having our hot tub delivered and installed Florence listened to us advised us and helped us choose the right hot tub for our needs, there was never any pressure to buy just very good advice. The helpfulness and professionalism is second to none. Florence is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have done business with. The after sales care and help has been fantastic. I purchased a new spa from Aqua Flo About a month ago, I dealt with Florence who was very helpful and attentive, she listened to my needs and was very helpful in selecting the right spa. She attended when the spa was delivered and installed and made sure everything was perfect before she left. Since installation Florence has contacted me twice to make sure everything was ok, 5 star customer service.

We can't recommend this company enough. From the point of sale, to the installation to the after sales service, Florence was brilliant. Florence even came to test our hot tub for chemicals when we were in the UK! Five star company with five star customer service. You won't be disappointed!

Florence was so helpful and drove out to our finca after work to help us come to grips with a spa we inherited after purchasing a finca. The spa is now is great working order and we enjoy using it a lot. I also bought a second hand spa cover for an excellent price, very happy.

We inherited a spa in Spain near the Agua Flo store. The spa didn’t work. We have spent a lot of time dealing with Flo and her colleagues to try to get the spa fixed. Flo suggested the least invasive things first to try to get it fixed.

There was lots of trouble shooting to try. It ended up needing new electrics and circuit board. Now the spa works like new. The point is Flo didn’t give up on us, didn’t charge us till we knew exactly what needed doing and encouraged us to keep trying as she knew we had a good quality spa.

Flo was very helpful and knowledgable and came to the house a few times.

Great service . Great choice of hot tubs .

We bought our first spa last week from this company. The service we recieved was first class ,Flo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products .The spa was delivered Friday, Flo came and showed us how to use it etc .I would highly recommend this company ,in fact one of our friends are going this week to buy one 😁 .
