We were helped by Ruben. He gave us an exellent service and advice. He is a real professional and knows everything about lighting. I highly recommend him and the shop. The shop has also nice modern furniture which is sometimes hard to find in spain!

We had a fantastic experience at Luzette Torrevieja, Angela was brilliant, showing us round the store which is lovely, we where looking for a fan light and Angela showed us what was available how it worked and information on the size of room it was suitable for, she was very Knowledgeable about the products on sale, we took the fitting option which was only 59€, the delivery was quick and the guy who came to fit the fan light and a set of drop lights was really nice, very good at his job, was very fast and cleaned all the debris and took it with him. First class service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed some lights for my pool area, visited a number of lighting shops and found this to be the best. The guy who served me was knowledgeable and helpful. He ordered the lamps and they were ready for collection the following week.

I have just purchased a new three piece sweet from luzete which is called Edna and is a copy of the chesterfield style and it is wonderful. All the comments made in the advertisement were accurate and the sale price was so good. The sales assistant Angela was so polite and helpful and her perfect English made the purchase painless she is a credit to the company. Finally the two delivery men were very professional they contacted me 20 minutes before arrival and had the new suites installed in quick time well done to them, thank you luzete.

We had a very good experience in your Torrevieja store today.
We purchased various light fittings and ceiling fans, the lovely Nicole sorted us out with everything explaining things.
She sorted the installation out and will be installed on Tuesday so 5 days that’s all it took.
I could have spent hours and lots of money in the store there’s so many beautiful things.
Very professional lady.
