El producto es magnífico pero el envío por SEUR es nefasto ya que el 18/10/22 tenían que entregarme el pedido y estamos a 25/10/22 y aún no lo he recibido. En el seguimiento nada mas saben decir que han pasado a entregarlo y no han podido porque no había nadie (mentira porque es una oficina y siempre hay alguien). Las horas de entrega no son verdaderas porque no pasan. El viernes 21 llamé a SEUR para decir que me lo dejaran, el lunes 24/10, en uno de los puntos de recogida y me dijeron que de acuerdo que el lunes estaría, también mentira. Esta tarde he llamado y me han dicho que no tenían constancia de la mueva recogida y que me lo dejarían entre mañana y pasado. Ya veremos
