Bradley Construction Water Leak Detection

Fantastic experience with this company. Bradley and his team are all very friendly, helpful and experienced. They arrived on time and did a brilliant job and not only repaired the leak which was underneath the terrace but managed to save and replace the tile which was a concern for me. It's impossible to see that there has been any work done! In addition, I felt that the cost for the work was excellent and very competitive. I cannot recommend Bradley Construction highly enough.

We first noticed our water bill had increased by 300% for the last quarter of 2023. The leak wasn't in our house, but somewhere between the meter and the point of entry in our property - some 50 metres. We had four plumbers trying to find the leak, but none could locate the source. We were advised against using gas and were told that the pavement had to be dug up and a new pipe installed, meaning we had to seek permission from the town hall with all the paperwork involved, plus a very expensive undertaking. We were going round in circles and becoming more and more stressed and upset as no-one seemed to care or help. Then we phoned Brad to ask his advice, as he was highly recommended. His approach, attitude and experience installed immediate calm and relief. Here was someone with extensive knowledge and experience who instilled confidence and relief. He came within a day and suggested that we install a pipe within the existing pipe. The work was carried out the following morning and completed in two hours at a very reasonable price. No digging was needed and it's wonderful to get back to normal after 7 weeks of worry and stress. I can't recommend this company highly enough and would advise anyone to contact Brad if they suspect a water leak. Brilliant service!

A big thank you to Bradley construction water leak detection. We contacted Bradley Construction after noticing some loss of water...Quite scarily the water meter was whizzing at a worrying pace !! Bradley answered our call immediately, and within 30 minutes he was at our address. Using sophisticated water detection equipment our leak was detected within 15 minutes..He rolled up his sleeves and dug down till he found the broken pipe. As it was a mains pipe, he called in a member of his team to replace the pipe. Within a couple of hours everything was back to normal and our mains water reconnected.
Outstanding and speedy service from a professional company where the customer clearly comes first, highly recommended.

We have had a minor leak for 5 years plus but as a holiday home we have lived with it as knew it would be under our patio. Found Bradley Construction on La Zenia Facebook. Brad arranged for his team to come and inspect it and as they couldn’t find it as it was a small leak they inserted a new pipe through the old one. The pressure is exactly the same and lovely to now see the water meter not continuously moving. We had a paving stone up on our patio and you really can’t see that it was ever up. Alex and Liam were really professional and explained everything they were doing. They did a great job and we would highly recommend them.

Bradley provides a first class professional service at a reasonable price. Very efficient and excellent customer service. Detected and repaired leak within 3 hours. You wouldn't know he had even been here area was left so clean. Would highly recommend Bradley.

After our regular plumber had repaired two major leaks under our garden it was obvious that there was still a problem so he recommended that we call Bradley. It took a couple of days to locate the further leak due to the labyrinth of recent and archaic pipework under the finca but with patience and determination they succeeded.
We have never met such an efficient and polite team. They were happy to explain and discuss every aspect of the job and left the property exactly as they found it.

Our boiler broke down at the weekend I called Bradley on Monday morning and he came round within 20 minutes to have a look and give us a quote. New boiler was in and fitted that morning. I would highly recommend Bradley's services he was very quick to help and had extremely affordable prices

Brad and his team are by far the best and most efficient leak detection company in the area. They do their upmost to help detect the leak and repair it. They found leaks in my garden where other companies had failed. In fact after a short while my leak had not only been repaired but you couldn't even tell they had been!. They left the garden really tidy and I have nothing but praise for them all. Brad and his team are reliable, hard working, and most of all know what they are doing. I would defintely recommend them to anyone who has a leak.

I must say Brad and his team helped me out again. 4th water leak in 15 months and this time they put a smaller pipe inside the existing water pipe from the meter to my house, to hopefully stop this happening again. All done and sorted in super speed time. They cleaned up and made the tiling as new you wouldn’t have known they had been. Very highly recommended. Thank you

Have used Bradley Construction twice now. Both times they have responded very quickly. Both times they have located and repaired the leaks. There were 3 different leaks in one pipe run, making life difficult. But all the guys got stuck in and sorted it 👍.

Fabulous service from start to finish
My boiler leaked in the early hours of Wednesday 20th Feb and my kitchen was flooded
I call Brad early that morning who came out before lunch, had a boiler delivered that afternoon and the lads followed later that day to sort everything out.
The job was far from straightforward due to the positioning of the boiler and a canopy which had to be taken down all of which they did for me without problem or fuss.
I had hot water again the same evening couldn't believe it.
I can honestly say in 20 years of living in spain I have never experienced this kind of excellent service. Definitely a company to use.

Highly recommend Bradley's leak detection. Called Bradley and although he was exceptionally busy he was there next day. Leak under back step. All repaired and left good so happy with the repair no mess all left perfect. THANK YIU.

Telephoned Bradley about a water leak he arrived at the house located the leak under the floor tiles removed tiles and repaired the leak relayed the floor tiles with no damage fantastic service Highley recommend Bradley and his team.

After nearly 2 years of getting 2 independent plumbers to look for a water leak to no avail. Brads team found and repaired the leak in less than 2 hours.
