Hotel Aloha Arenal Beach

Hereby I want to introduce you one of the best people in the world: Javier LLopis Amoros, the owner of Aloha hotel in Burriana, Spain:
I and my husband drove from Sweden to Spain to live in Fuengirola for 6 months. On the way we came across road pirates at a gas station near Burriana, "Area la Plana", on 2023-10-12 at 10:30 am. They slashed one of the tires on the car while we were in the store. Fortunately, the car warned us and we did not continue to the highway. One of the thieves came with work clothes and pretended to help us. In just a few seconds, the other thief took everything; passports, mobile phones, bank cards, driving licenses, wallets and the car's extra key.
It was a terrible situation with a lot of stress! Fortunately we had our laptop. The police did nothing. SOS took the car to a workshop.
Fortunately there are always nice people who come to one's aid in such situations; the woman who worked at the store at the gas station called "Aloha hotel" and explained what had happened to us. No taxis worked there. The hotel owner "Javier" sent his employee, José, to the gas station to take us to the hotel. Javier welcomed us with a smile and open arms. He gave us a room while we hade no money and ID cards.
During one week that we were there until the car was repaired, he tried to help us in all way that was possible; we had breakfast in the hotel. On the first 2 days he even gave us cash so we could have lunch in the town and could buy some essentials. He took us to the police to file a police report. He had many phone calls with insurance, the car repair shop, the police etc. Then my cousin sent us money through Wetern Union and Javier was able to withdraw our money with his ID card. He gave us his daughter's old mobile phone and then with the help of his ID card we were able to buy SIM card for the mobile phone as well. After a week, José took us to the car repair shop 🙏 and we could continue our journey to the nearest consulate to obtain provisional passports.

Even though it is rated only 2 starts I had nice stay. Rooms area simple but clean, with fresh towels bath tub. Anything you need for a short stay. Also the price was very good.

If you go to Arenal Sound it's a perfect place to stay

La he pasado muy bien.
Solo 2 días, por trabajo.
Esta justo frente a la playa, se puede ir andando.
Cuarto amplio, limpio, con balcón, mesa y sillas.
Baño comodo y con mucho espacio.
Aire acondicionado y calefacción sin problemas.
Muy amables con la atención.
Volvería sin dudar.

Estuve hace tiempo por trabajo y no entiendo las reseñas que leo la verdad.
Tuve una atención muy buena de todo el personal y del dueño.
Las habitaciones estaban limpian, las camas comodas y siempre atentos por si me faltaba algo.
Yo pienso volver, sea de trabajo o de vacaciones!!

Hotel limpio, agradable y con buena atención.
Cuando vimos los comentarios, totalmente fuera de lugar y muy desafortunados, nos asustamos pensando en cómo sería el hotel que habíamos reservado.
El hotel está muy bien!!! Limpio!!! Una ubicación muy buena enfrente del mar y una relacion-precio buena.
De verdad que me sorprende la gente que juega con el pan de otra persona simplemente por el hecho de no estar feliz con su vida (por no decir otra cosa).

Pour commencer le monsieur à la réception était très à l’écoute et vraiment sympathique!
On sent qu on est dans un hôtel avec un esprit très familial.
La chambre était propre, la vu était agréable et la climatisation marchait à la perfection! (Pas de mini frigo dans la chambre ni de coffre).
L’hôtel est vraiment à 2min à pieds de la mer, il y’a quelque jardins et un restaurant/café sur le chemin.
Hôtel plutôt calme les femmes de chambre sont également très à l’écoute ( j’avais des objets de valeurs et donc j’en ai parlé à la femme de chambre qui m’a dit ne me faire 0 soucis et elle avait entièrement raison, encore merci à elle 🙏🏽).
Vraiment une très bonne expérience!

Hotelito pequeño y muy familiar,un buen sitio para descansar . Las habitaciones grandes y muy cucas . Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio, con cambio diario de toallas . El trato es muy bueno ,el detalle del desayuno está muy bien ,la pena que no tenga el bar abierto para poder tomar algo. Lo único que menos me gustó que entra mucha luz por el baño por las noches . Es que a mi me gusta que este todo a oscuras para poder dormir. Sin duda es muy recomendable calidad ,precio

Un sitio muy tranquilo, la ubicación es perfecta, la atención en general muy agradable, las habitaciones son grandes y el cuarto de baño también, a 400mtr tienes restaurantes, bares, heladería.
Desde mi habitación se veía el pedazo de piscina que tiene el vecino 🤪🤪no hay nada negativo para este hotel, siempre voy💪

Relación calidad precio- muy bien las camas son cómodas,la ubicación es buena, el aire acondicionado no se oye nada,la limpieza quizás podrían estar un pelo más pendiente, para parejas o familias está SÚPER BIEN! Gracias por todo

Muy buen trato, aunque es antiguo está bien limpio y ordenado. La habitación grande y con una terraza espectacular con vista al mar! El desayuno variado, dulce, salado, zumo y frutas. Volveremos!

Muy bien todo, buena ubicación, la playa perfecta, el hotel esta bien, es antiguo y solo 2 estrellas, pero las habitaciones son amplias y confortables, la cama muy cómoda, limpieza adecuada, lo mejor de todo el personal, todos muy atentos y amables, gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable, volveremos pronto

Hotel muy bien situado con vistas preciosas al mar. Las habitaciones amplias, cama muy cómoda y muy limpias. El personal muy atento.

El hotel para tener 2 estrellas está muy bien, la habitación grande y limpia, tiene Aire acondicionado y TV, las camas cómodas, en primera fila de playa, el trato por parte del personal fantástico el jefe muy amable, desayuno gratis por parte del hotel, según la habitación terraza con vistas al Mar, si vuelvo a Burriana, repetiría, recomendado.

Hotel trés tranquille au bord de la mer et pas cher pour la qualité de celui ci qui est trés bonne. C'est le seul hotel de borrianna au bord de la plage et qui est plutot biens entretennus. Il est a 300 metres de la plage et est petit. Il possede peu de chambres. Il y a les chambres climatisées et un restaurans attribyé a l'hotel. En bref je recommande vivement. Bonne journée.

La verdad que el hotel esta muy bien,el trato del personal es muy bueno,muy amables.
La habitacion muy completa con terraza,aire acondicionado,television.
La playa esta enfrente,es una playa tranquila y buena.
Recomiendo el hotel y el lugar.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, delante de la playa. El servicio es muy amable y bueno, las habitaciones están muy limpias. Y la comida está bastante buena.
