I had an ear infection while on holiday in Tenerife. Doctor and receptionist were so thorough and kind in treating me. I got antibiotics, anti inflammatory and anti histamines prescribed and administered. Care was exemplary and so professional. I felt better very quickly after the consultation. Excellent Medical lives up to its name. I had to take my 6 year old here as she was very sick. Mirella was so helpful and reassuring at reception and Dr Libia was so thorough in her examination; she prescribed medication that was needed and my daughter was much better straight away.

We arrived on Monday night and on Tuesday morning my husband was very ill , we were lucky to have doctors close to hotel.
The Dr Libia and receptionist Mirela were amazing and reassuring in a very frightening situation.
The Dr diagnosed my husband with bronchitis pneumonia and he was very ill and he was treated with 3 day antibiotics injections and antibiotics and although they recommended that he went to hospital they understood our situation but by the next morning my husband had improved dramatically and you could instantly see the relief on their faces when they saw him.
I can't thank them enough for their amazing care and attention to my husband and would recommend highly this Dr surgery to everyone

The Doctor and Receptionist here at Excellent Medical Arona were brilliant, helpful and understanding. I arrived on Holiday a week before having been suffering quite bad pain and discomfort from a trapped nerve in my neck. After consultation and medication from the doctor here I was able to enjoy the rest of our holiday.
Highly recommended.

Went in there with our daughter, with tonsillitis. Very nice doctor, extremely professional.
The receptionist is top notch and willing to help with anything she could.

This clinic has very good service and the receptionist is very helpful, friendly and professional. I had a hearing problem with wax in my ears and an infection. The doctor and nurse did a great job and I now have my hearing back. Would recommend! Great team. Thank you

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I went with a tooth infection and they gave me antibiotics medication and injections. I can finally eat and smile again thanks to the amazing staff. Thank you 😊

My husband and I got ill with respiratory diseases at the end of our holiday. What a relief to attend this clinic. Such a friendly, kind lady on the Reception desk was so helpful . Dr Martinez was also kind and helpful and saw us right away; she gave us excellent treatment. The clinic also helped us with forms for travel insurance as we have to postpone our flight home a few days while we recover. Very grateful to this clinic for everything they did for us including their fantastic English!

My wife and I flew to our apartment in Los Cristianos on Wednesday. I had serious health issues since we got back on 7/12/19. Unfortunately I had a medical problem caused by the flight. I cannot thank Dr Garcia and her receptionist enough for their time and attention over the past two days. I am well on the way to recovery. Many thanks. Your efforts have been much appreciated!

I cannot disagree more with Maria's review. I was taken ill in Tenerife earlier this year and I was very pleased with my treatment and costs at Excellent Medical.The receptionist was brilliant as was the attention from the doctor and both spoke perfect English. As for costs, it always seems expensive for us Brits or other European visitors when overseas because of our outstanding NHS. I hate to think what a private consultation costs in the UK or indeed any EU country. We should be thankful for the service provided which is not a money making exercise but with the best intentions to get the correct treatment available until we fly home.

Absolutely wonderful staff. The receptionist was soo helpful and organised all my paperwork and insurance documents for me as I had to go to hospital. English was fantastic qnd the Dr. amazing. Great peace of mind knowing this practice was local to Arona. Thank you very much for everything
