Great service

The worst service I have encountered. Gary Morrison took our deposit for a house and illegally kept that deposit in his bank account for around 9 months when we were told that it had gone to the solicitors and then to the sellers. It is illegal for the estate agent to keep your money.
He also didn't give us the contracts that he said were signed even though we kept asking. It was because the sellers didn't even own the house and because he had our deposit not them.
The whole thing was a lie and he was deceitful to our face. Morrison also keeps removing our reviews instead of manning up to the fact he is little more than a cheap vat salesman, a liar and totally dishonest.

He caused us untold expense and continued to lie and wriggle out of it blaming others. We even flew to Spain both of us taking 10 days off work each to buy a house that wasn't even available
He told us less than 12hrs prior to siginging after being in Spain 8 days that it wouldn't be ready and he would sort it when we went back to England, all whilst holding onto our money which we presumed the sellers had. He led us on and simply continued to mislead us ruining our dream and causing us anxiety, stress and expense all because he didn't want to lose a sale.
There are plenty like us he has done this to as we hear similar stories in the bars but he deletes reviews and blocks people from reviewing on their Facebook page.

It was an unreal and saddening experience. If you see a house on their website you like. It's not like the UK. You can give the details to another agent and they can buy it for you.

The Olive Tree are amazing and also Country Fincas. Steer clear of Alicante Nightmare Homes and especially Morrison. Please don't put yourself at risk.
