Thank you WTG!  You are real professionals! We have always dreamed of living on the coast. And when we started to choose our future home, we faced a lot of problems. At first, we planned to buy housing on the secondary market, because we were worried that we would not fit into the budget. But we were lucky and came across this company. The manager Anna-Maria showed us a lot of options. We bought a newly built villa in Denia. Now, admiring the sea and the Mediterranean climate, I always remember you with warmth in my heart!

Once I expressed interest in a property, I received on line numerous properties to choose from.
I went to Spain, on vacation, and wanted to meet Isabela, who I loved working with, before getting there.
I was picked up from home, taken to see properties, and the entire experience was amazing.
Once I decided to buy, I was directed and helped with all documents required, including NIE, bank account, notary, etc.
Their service doesn't end at buying a home. They guide you further and answer questions and concerns.

Работали в прошлом году. Купили квартиру в Пунта Приме. Ребята все сделали очень выгодно. Цена, расстояние, рассрочка, еще и кухню в подарок. Сейчас сдаем в аренду. 120 евро / ночь. Молодцы!
