Restaurante El Torreón Tordesillas Valladolid

GREAT PLACE FOR MEAT LOVERS. El Torreón specializes in "chuletón", the Spanish version of ribsteak (medium rare, salted and cut in strips). My partner and I shared a "chuleta", which is essentially a small chuletón. The meat was perfectly soft and tasteful. The entrants were great as well. We started with fried cheese topped with sweet peppers, and tomatoes from the restaurant's own garden. The homemade bread and butter are fantastic. Their trademark dessert is "leche helada", which is like a soft-serve ice cream with "leche merengada" flavor. The service was genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, El Torréon is a great choice for lunch when visiting Tordesillas.

We were very impressed with the food and service , lechazo, solomillo , morcillas de burgo , the winner the tomatoes salad . Sorry I did not take any pictures but we were hungry 😋. I totally recommend this restaurants . Great food ( cooked by a Rumanian lady ) we were served by a Rumanian waitress , Cúcuta, colombia and a Honduran. We proud to be an emigrant .

The greatest possible finish to a grand tour in Spain. Visited the protos restaurant in Penafiel, ate in the best places in Jerez. Nothing beats El Torreon siempre!! the best food ever, I mean ever!!. I would drive all the way from England just to eat here.

Loved it, the staff were brilliant, I think they enjoyed practicing their English on us. Good food too.

This is a family run restaurant that serves all kinds of wonderful grilled meats, fresh vegetables, often from the family´s garden, and homemade desserts. The owners and the rest of the staff are amazing. They offer impeccable service and make you feel at home.

Wonderful restaurant. Garden fresh produce and high quality steaks prepared on an open grill. The staff is very friendly. The glassware is gorgeous. Great ambience. One of Tordesilla's finest restaurants for sure.

Many restaurants are just places to eat, talk with friends... everything here is refined, above average: the meat is excellent, but then, so is everything: a little salad, the bread, the small cookies that come with the coffee.... greatly recommended!

Delicious chuleta, 3 fabulous deserts, especially creme pastry. Such friendly and enthusiastic service, even though we arrived late.
