I come to Vitoria once, and if I’m lucky, twice a year. Sagartoki has been my go-to spot in this town for the last 10 years. From the quality of the food, to the ambiance, and most importantly, the people in charge, it’s one of my favorite restaurants in the whole world. Impeccable and smiling service, I never ate something I did not like in this place. Great stuff

The food is amazing, the vibe and customer service is so good

Mind blowing. Probably one of the best restaurant experiences of my life. Great decor, great ambience, great service, great presentation and the food is fantastic. Attention to detail is top notch. Went twice and on the second occasion there was fantastic live music. Despite not having a reservation, they managed to squeeze us in. The micologists are also brilliant making amazing cocktails. And top marks for the resident DJ. I loved the jazz.

Sagartoki has an amazing bar at the entrance for quick beer and pinchos, however once you get to their dinning room you realize you're in a different place, experience beautiful decoration and extraordinary food. We loved the fresh fish of the day, Corvina and tuna, loved their omelette and their excellent t-bone. Service was excellent, they took care of us continuously asking and making us feel like at home. Their extensive wine menu and their gynn cocktails make the perfect night in Vitoria. From now on this place is must on my list.

I guess its the best restaurant in Vitoria! I really recommend the chuleton! The tomatos, abd the explosion egg with truffles! What an experience

Another very good place to eat in this city food was very good, there is another better part of the restaurant to the rear of this part in the street/side you just walk through pass the toilets and your there it’s very nice but you don’t know it’s there unless your told

Very welcoming for a solo visitor. Delicious croquetas and tasty (cheap!) wine

Wonderful tapas options in two different aesthetic environments. The front area is nice but relatively simple and comfortable long bar area while the back room is an area with sit-down tables (both low and high) in a combination of hip, modern and rustic design. The food and service is EXCELLENT. I dined here for a late lunch on our first day in town and then again for dinner the next evening and both times were a wonderful culinary revelation. This place is SPLENDID.

Amazing! Great design, amazing service and Chef.

They offer a big variety of traditional Spanish food which also tastes delicious! It looks very small from the outside, but they have a huge back area, that is not visible when just passing by. The bar has also a big selection of drinks.

We walked over from our hotel, who recommend them, for a late lunch. Lovely environment with tapa bar in the front and upscale restaurant. Great food. Try their sagartoki specialty. Very helpful staff one of whom spoke French making communication easier since we don't know Spanish. They do have an English menu, but with a 7 year old I needed to explain the needs. Worth the visit.

Favourite pintxos in Vitoria. The variety they have is on spot and quality of the products too. The wine menu is amazing as well. We always have a great time when we go and the staff is very professional.
