The personnel and staff were very accommodating and go the extra mile to accommodate your schedule. Sold my old car on a Saturday and got the new one on Monday. Just bought a Mazda CX-5 From B & W cars, I found them online in Feb and dealt with Francisco by Email and phone. Great English. He described the car honestly and I decided to have 4 new tires fitted and a towbar. I explained I could not pick the car up until next in Spain and they offered to store it fully insured until I could collect it. I paid for the car in full at the end of Feb. and collected it in April. Everything went perfectly, The Registration, Tax, Mot was all sorted and the car was better than described and has run perfectly. I can definitely can recommend this dealer. I would happily buy again from them.
