We used Fontanals to purchase our apartment, after making enquiries, I found it would be quicker to be in Spain to do this instead of the UK, Noelia of Fontanals, arranged everything for me with a day of appointments, I left my house in the UK at 03.00 and was back home at 19.30 the same day, flight, Notary for the Spanish will and arrange NEI registration, Bank for DD, back to airport with time to spare before the flight home, the timed appointments were made possible through the cooperation arranged by Noelia with the notary and the bank, I really cannot praise Fontanals enough, especially Noelia, if you looking to purchase in Spain, I would not look anywhere else. The best bit of all as all buyers want. from agreeing to purchase to ownership paperwork given to me two Months, it took nearly 9 months in the uk to sell the flat I owned, lazy UK solicitors.

Brilliant performance by Andrea Chiorean, who has been dealing with our case, since we started our residence application. Very efficient, very passionate, very friendly. She keeps us up to date regularly, she responses quickly to our request. Fantastic communication skills when she speaks to us on phone or one to one. Great encourager indeed.
