Stayed here for some days with a group and tried a lot of the food that the restaurant has to offer, and was really happy with the service and the food!

Lots of tasty food with good flavours, al though I do think that they could season some of the food a bit more. Especially the squid croquettes were great and a highlight for me.

They also serve some if their own great wine, which I recommend that you try.

Too much love will kill you…

I thought about the title of this Freddy Mercury song was just perfect for my review about this place.
They get all my stars because they are trying really hard as a new business to accommodate all customers needs. Literally. That night they were prepared for 5 people or two tables. Instead they had 9 tables to attend with the same staff. Poor guy did a very decent job, but with this type of shortage, kitchen messed up a couple of times with the dishes. Not their fault, nothing to complain about, we are not tyrants here and instead we had a laugh about it… but be careful guys and handle the success properly since not everyone reacts the same way about this things and not everyone is as understanding.
Now the food… it’s true that the menu gets confusing as the chef is tending to always mix fish with meats and the other way around. It sounds weird… but it turned out to be pretty good. As I always do, in order to be able to produce a well based review, we shared all three mains which basically was pretty much all they had as main, and it turned out to be good enough for me to come back. We were staying at the hotel, so next morning came back for the included in the rate breakfast and I could confirm the high quality of the kitchen and their product selection.
Then, on top of that, you have the Montserrat mountains view right there for you, which makes the experience completely unbeatable in this area.

For being part of an inclusive with our tour, the food was very good. I have never had gazpacho, but if this is how it’s supposed to taste, then I’m sold! Chicken was very tasty, the potato that came with was delicious. A bit disappointed the asparagus was over cooked and slightly cold, but still happy I got some. Desert was very good. Raspberry sauce that accompanied the cake was fantastic. All of the wines we tasted were great. I ended up purchasing 4 bottles of wine and 2 bottles of olive oil. Overall an unforgettable experience. Book this tour with trip advisor. It is the ONLY tour of Monserrat that includes a winery visit, which made the experience feel extra special. Our tour guide’s name was Toni, and he made the experience so fun!

Súper great location, elegant, beautiful, cosy and delicious

We came here as part of a tour package that included a lunch here and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and the food.

It's a remote location a considerable drive from Barcelona or even the relatively nearer landmark of Montserrat but it's well worth the journey. The lunch offers a menu with ingredients and produce that are locally sourced from the surrounding land and it shines through in the menu.

The menu seemingly adapts based on what's available but we had a fabulous gastronomic experience over 3 courses including a bread basket with their locally pressed olive oil, a vegetable soup, duck confit, a cake take on crème Catalana. The flavours were fresh and refined and surprisingly satiating - not to mention servings of the Oller del Mas wines to go with it. Definitely worth a trip out of the city!

Fantastic food, great service, enjoyable day. Laia was phenomenal and so kind. We will definitely return to stay in the cabins!

We visited this place as part of a day trip with lunch and wine tasting included. (During March 2022)

Their lunch was great! It is a three course meal with starter, main dish and dessert and a glass of wine. They were also very kind as to include one more glass of wine for everyone that day.

You can choose to get soda if you do not drink wine or have a younger child visiting with you.

They served vegetables soup, duck confit, and crema Catalan cake. The duck meat was the best duck meat that I have ever tasted. It was amazing. The cake is nice too, and not too sweet.

I chose this lunch package in the tour as I have diet restrictions and do not eat much salami or ham and sausages, which is included in another tour package, and this is so much more worth it in my opinion.

Unique restaurant surrounded by a medieval castle and vineyards. Awesome views, excellent food and obviously a great selection of their own awarded wines! You have the option to visit the Castle Cellar (A MUST!!!).

Best duck I've ever tasted! So yummy and tender, it about fell off the bone. Excellent wine, from the nearby winery.

I personally recommend this place to have a vermut, lunch or dinner with your family, friends or for work.
