Elena, our super vet from Almoradi branch is an amazing person and a very knowledgeable vet who provides 6 star service when we need to take our wee little cat to the vet. Our cat has had a series of health setbacks and Elena treats our cat as if she was her cat. She's very kind and caring, always being patient with our baby and we feel like Elena is our own personal vet. Elena never rushes, takes her time to listen to our concerns and explains everything in great detail. Elena's English and her professionalism and service is the very best we have ever experienced in our 22 years of owning cats.
A huge thank you Elena, we are VERY lucky to have you as our vet and we have great pleasure in writing this review for her. We would give you six stars if we could :)

They helped me very well with my sick dog. Also after care was great. I have a very good experience over the years i have gone to Benican.

We have always taken our cats to this Veterinary centre over many years, both for annual vaccinations and ailments. Our latest visit last week with our cat Felix resulted in a diagnosis of life changing implications. All staff are professional, caring and sympathetic.
We now have an ongoing treatment plan in place for Felix and are extremely grateful for the swift diagnostic prognosis. We cannot recommend the Centre highly enough.

Veterinary assistance is perfect. Very helpful and obligine. Needs more personal at front desk. To help with admittance and after payment.

I have a very good experience with this Veterinary Center. In Almoradi and in Benijofar. Javier saved the life of my little dog (surgery after she had eaten a kind of big bone). Very professional center. They responded very fast to an urgent situation. Everyday I was called with an update (after the surgery). I could visit my little dog regularly. Really animal/dog loving staff. Speaking English. I highly recommend this center.

It is always hard to depart from loved ones. Professional, compassionate and respectful staff does help. You know where to come.

I have used Benican for 12 years they are the best. When my dog died the vet who was treating her cried with me cannot fault them from reception to when you walk out the door, I'm 71 and got my first dog at the age of 5 had a lot of experience with vets and these are the best

Hola, yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beautiful chino, we contacted the vet and came out to do what we was dreading, but the vet who came to us was fantastic, sincere and caring, we would like to thank all at benijofa vets for their kind service over the years and a big thank you for helping chino with his last breath, chino is missed so much by us,

I would not go anywhere else. I have A dog and 3 cats and have always had great attention and advice for them. The staff are just great and my animals are relaxed in their company which speaks volumes for my fur babies
