Lovely property agents in a fantastic location in a fantastic town. At the highest part of town so but if a walk but very near to main historical attractions that most come to see anyway. If you have ever thought of buying property in Spain pop in its worth it!

Zoe and Anne-Marie both gave us the most fantastic help with buying our house in Spain this summer. I chatted to Zoe over the phone, working out which properties we wanted to see and carefully planning the itinerary for our visit as we wanted to use Olvera Properties’ concierge service to help with all the property process admin. When we flew to Spain Anne-Marie then looked after us amazingly, showing us the properties but also helping us open a bank account and making an appointment and translating for us at the Notary. When we found our property she then recommended a solicitor who has been fantastic. Both Anne-Marie and Zoe were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and there is no way we could have managed this without their help. Very very highly recommended! Thank you!

We visited Olvera in January and asked Zoe and her team if we could view some available properties, Simon arrived and I have to say he is the nicest person his patience is legendary showing us property after property until we found it, he offered good information about the area and advised us on issues we hadn’t thought about like no space for a washing machine in one property , second visit we met Annmarie a lovely lady again an amazingly knowledgeable person on everything you’ll need to buy in Spain, and the ongoing help and support continues to go well above and beyond our expectations
