Great tapas, traditional tavern atmosphere with great tiles! The staff were friendly and patient with our lack of Spanish. Good beer, wine and food.

Just nearby Alméria central market El Quinto Toro is a very nice place to have a beer (and more) and a couple of tapas. The albondigas (meatballs) taste amazing, just look like the ones from my Abuelita. We tried also the Rabo de toro, who’s basically a bull tail slow cooked in a very rich sauce, a bit more expensive dish but very nice and tasty, at the end the price is justified. The jamon de cebo is very good and nutty rich flavor. The staff was very helpful and we service very professional

Great place to eat good tapas at a decent price, patatas a lo pobre is their best. They have a very good location in the middle of Almería, and a good terrace where to eat, if you want to have sun in the terrace I recommend to be there around 14h, at least when it's not summer since the sun goes sooner.

Very nice waiters and great service. The food was excellent and they had great tapas and drinks. They were patient with English speakers and it was very good price. The food was fresh and they had fantastic ingredients. Great local place for a very good price; would definitely go again.

No one speaks English and menus are the same. Authentic and steeped in history. A great experience all round.

Genuino bar de Almería. Quién no ha estado en este bar, no ha estado tapeando en Almería. Dispone de un interior pequeño, con varias mesas, toneles y barra, y una terraza exterior. La carta es variada y con tapas de cocina elaboradas, que no se ven en muchos otros bares. El servicio es amable y rápido. Aconsejo llegar temprano o reservar con antelación. Os dejo mis tapas preferidas.
