Today we were dealt with very efficiently by the gentleman at the Rojales Suma office. He was more than helpful and was able to help us understand the problem we had with our account. Many thanks indeed for your professionalism and patience which was much appreciated.

Just had the pleasure of speaking to a most helpful and pleasant gentleman over the phone. He patiently guided my husband on paying his road tax and answered our queries. A real asset to his employer! Thank you.

Es la segunda vez que vamos en poco tiempo y las dos veces nos ha atendido un chico que está en la entrada y ha sido súper amable con nosotros y nos ha ayudado en todos los trámites.
Es un placer encontrarse con empleados así de amable.

Me atendió un chico. Fue bueno, amable, y sobre todo muy profesional,,,
En pocas ocasiones me he sentido tan bien atendido.. Un diez sin duda..
Si los trabajadores públicos y no públicos fuésemos sólo la mitad de Buenos que este chico... Este país sería un paraíso en el que vivir.

Went today to Suma Office in Rojales. Very impressed with help given by member of staff who dealt with all questions asked with patience and a smile. Didn’t need an appointment. Very efficient and courteous. Don’t worry if you need to go there, you will be looked after.

No sé si habré tenido mala suerte pero las veces que he tenido que ir son muy antipsicóticos y por lo tanto espero que cambien en su actitud frente al público

Trotz Termin für unser Anliegen weggeschickt worden! Das würde "jetzt" zu lange dauern und dafür hätte sie (die Mitarbeiterin) keine Zeit. Wir sollen im September wieder kommen, das würde dann ausreichen. Einen neuen Termin bräuchten wir nicht zu machen. ..??? Das dauert zu lange, aber beim nächsten Mal gehts ohne Termin? Hatten eher das Gefühl, dass sie uns schnell loswerden wollte, weil die Kundin, die nach uns kam und wartete, eine Freundin der Mitarbeiterin zu sein schien, sie hatten sich durch Handzeichen begrüsst und es entstand der Eindruck, dass sie diese nicht warten lassen wollte. Unprofessionelles Verhalten!
