Wow! The most imaginatively presented archeological museum I've ever visited (and there're been many!) The archeological layers are represented like a core-sample up the central stair-well with chronological finds shown as you go up the flights. Very moving reconstruction of the interior of a burial dolmen. Signage in Spanish and English. Ask at the reception desk if you want to buy the excellent guide book (available in 3 languages) - they're not on display! Very helpful staff.

A really lovely and very interesting museum. Each floor takes you a different aspect of the region's ancient past. There are some incredible objects on display. Well worth a visit. I loved it. I wish there had been a few postcards for sale.

A charming and extremely well curated and cared for museum with a fascinating collection which is small enough to take in over a couple of leisurely hours. As we started on the top floor and moved downwards, I felt like I was traveling back in time. Definitely recommend!

Well laid out very interesting. A wealth of information I couldn't take in properly in two hours but I still learnt a lot.

Its a really interesting insight into the ancient history of Alemeria, & a really lovely building & layout. We thought we would have to pay as we are from the UK, but no the lady at information said we didn't!

This place was fantastic 🤩.
Great display of artefacts, really good explanations . Been at a few different museums around Andalucía and this is my absolute favourite. Really enjoyed it ❤👌

You need approximately two hours to check everything in the object. It's a modern and big museum with archeological exposition. Full of examples of burials and everyday life of people in past. In some moments informations are very brutal how life of our ancestors looked like but it's only an advantage.

The entrance was free! This Museum is s lot bigger than I originally thought. It has well preserved artifacts and some information is translated into english. I enjoyed the chambers on the third floor.
