A quiet hotel (no children) with beautiful views over the sea. Good food with plenty of choice. Lots of exercise classes to suit all abilities and other activities like boules, skittles & table tennis. Good walking and close to the harbour & shops. Spa & gym on site. Highly recommended.

We really like coming to this hotel. The location is beautiful with the Los Gigantes cliffs in the background. It's pretty quiet except for the ten days before Ash Wednesday which was 23rd Feb to 3rd March this year. Carnival on in the village square with parades, fireworks, music and dancing till around 4am on many nights! This is fine if your room is seaview as ours was, but noisy if not.
The rooms are a good size and the bed fairly comfortable. We asked for a mattress topper which made a difference.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is great with good variety.
Plenty of pool beds available and it wasn't necessary to hurtle down to bag one though some people still do it!
I really liked the Tui fitness classes which I believe are available at all Tui Blue Hotels. 45 minute pilates, yoga, legs, bums and tums to name but a few. Two good sized swimming pools, one heated a bit but fine if you're swimming.
Overall we like the hotel and location, great for older couples, not much good for younger people as there's little night life here unless the carnival is on!!

My second visit to the Los Gigantes Hotel and both stays were fantastic.
The lobby is very bright and welcoming, very modern and clean. There are lifts in the lobby so you don't have to walk far to get to your room, we chose the stairs though as we needed to walk off the delicious buffet food! The breakfasts are varied, fruit, omlettes, meat and cheese, full cooked English and cereals. The evening meals vary every night, we didn't have a bad meal! Drinks are bought over from the bar so can be a wait, the staff are very attentive though. Sometimes we felt a bit rushed as they clear your plate away very fast so you can't just sit and chat.
The air conditioned rooms were lovely, they are cleaned daily and have wonderful shower rooms. There is a TV, coffee and tea making facilities, small fridge and a hairdryer. The beds are huge and quite comfy.
There are two pools, the large one fills up quickly and has the usual issue of beds being reserved which I really didn't like. The smaller pool is quieter and didn't seem to have as many reserved beds. That was my only gripe, reserving a bed at 7/8am then going for breakfast to get the best views isn't fair.

A lovely, older but modernised, hotel set on the rocks overlooking the sea with great views of La Gomera.
It is quiet, adult only, tasteful and considerate of those that want to relax. The pool is quiet so you can hear the sea against the rocks below. It's not overlooked and you don't hear traffic from the town.
There are some activities depending on the season and staff. Every night there is entertainment but the loud music will settle by about 2230.
The restaurant is buffet style but the quality of food, variety and service is excellent.
Rooms are great, views superb and the bar well stocked and ready to cater to all tastes.
There is an a la carte restaurant, well equipped gym, two pools, tennis court, table tennis, squash court, health spa and boule pit.
Many guests are repeat customers.

Fantastic stay at this hotel in August. All very clean, staff very friendly, food was fresh and tasty everyday, pool area ls are great and so is the bar. If I had any comments it would be the decor could do with an update but seeing as we spent all day down at the pool or out it didn't bother us. Lots of great local bars and restaurants in the area too. 100% recommend

Friendly staff, big and clean rooms with a magnificent sea view, large choice of food. Ideal for an older public that likes a calm holiday, as I do. This 3th stay won't be my last.

Had a 7 night stay the breakfast was a bit hectic and iffy at times but the rest of the time ok for food and service. Outside the pool bar superb but if you leave it late you might have go hunting for a sunbed,staff very helpful and friendly.

All good - Great location, incredible views and access to bars, restaurants, shops and marina.
Views from rooms are excellent and, of course, sea view is always a favourite. However, views from other side are still excellent with the added bonus of being out of sun in afternoon. We found our sea view balcony was too hot during day and only came into its own early morning and for sunset.

Hotel is very clean.

The pool areas are extremely beautiful and modern. The view is absolutely insane!

Rooms while clean could use some modernization. Same goes for the gym! A lot of barbells were broken, limited weights. Outdated equipment.

Spa was small but very nice.

Front of house staff were extremely professional and lovely. Same goes with all hotel staff.

Only had breakfast so can only comment on that. The food was good however it would be noce if it was different maybe every 3 days at least?

Beautiful hotel. Staff are awesome. Food is brilliant and they cater for Gluten Free much better than the UK. Pool areas are brilliant and the garden area is fab especially if you like watching the cute lizards going about their business.

Excellent hotel - adults only - right in the heart of the resort of Los Gigantes close to the port where you can go out on various boat trips, shops, and local transportation. Great views from the hotel overlooking the sea, to the cliffs and across to La Gomera. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff with good command of English along with TUI reps on site. Spacious and comfortable room with a balcony, we had a town side view but that was good for looking over the port and up the cliffs. Great food, buffet style but one a la carte meal included but you have to book in advance. Beach Towels available for a deposit which is fully refundable. Two pools, pool side bar, plenty of activities during the day and entertainment at night. Would come back again anytime, superb place.

We had an exceptional week here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, both breakfast and dinner are very rich, varied and delicious, so we could completely enjoy our stay. We liked it super and there was nothing to complain about, 100% recommendation!

Our first time in a Tui Blue and after reading some of the negative reviews we wondered what we had let ourselves in for. Well, we were blown away by the service of the hotel staff and the Tui reps Lynn and Sam who were occasionly assisted by someone else, we never got her name but someone mentioned a reference to a TV character 'Methadone Mick ' ? Both Lynn and Sam made the stay enjoyable. We stepped out of our comfort zone and took part in Cocktail making, Spanish cookery and Wine tasting, they made these experiences unforgettable with their wit and banter (most especially when I was asked to make the first cocktail tutored by Santiago, who btw. makes the most fantastick Old Fashiond's) We would strongly reccomend anyone with a sense of humor to take part. The ONLY negative were the lifts.

A fantastic hotel in the most beautiful location. We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The food was varied and good quality, service exceptional and we felt very well looked after. Two pools were wonderful and we never got fed up of the breathtaking views.

It's a lovely hotel, in a stunning location. Like anywhere, it has its ups and downs but generally it's a great place for a peaceful relaxing stay

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. So clean, beautiful food for breakfast lunch and evening meal. Rooms were spotless with a lovely welcoming bottle of bubbly on arrival. View from out hotel room was out of this world. Evening entertainment was good. Can't fault this hotel, will definitely return when we get the chance too.

Lovely hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our mattress was too hard so we informed reception and they very quickly put a great topper on the mattress which made a great difference. The hotel is spotless as are the grounds. The staff are fantastic, from the cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff and the reception, all pleasant and helpful. It is conveniently situated for bars and shops and the bus stop is a five minute walk away. There is plenty of choice to eat in the restaurant and the desserts are just amazing. We had a great time and would stay here again.

A great week at this hotel despite some mixed reviews. Room was spacious, clean and modern and food was really good considering it was essentially mass catered. Some fresh,live cooking every day as well as a mix of buffet dishes. The area is pretty quiet which suited us but if you are looking for lots of restaurants/bars and entertainment this probably isn't the best place.
If you have mobility issues I would suggest this may not be suitable as the area is quite hilly. The lifts within the hotel were small (max 4 people) and very old/slow but this is just a small niggle. Overall we had a great stay for the money we paid and would definitely recommend.
