Lia is a very professional property agent. She really made all her best to find us the perfect land for what we wanted to do, and gave us afterwards the correct information. After the sale, she has been until today a very good source of information. We fully trust her, and have recommended her to friends, who also bought a finca in Maella. Uneventful sale, very happy with her services. .

Contact with Lia started almost a year ago. She responded fast to all our requests of information for different properties. All of which we didn't buy at the end. She always replied patiently. Thanks for that!

Fortunately we recently bought our dream farm in Spain with the help of Lia. She mediated between the sellers and us keeping both our interests in focus.

After the payment of the reservation we quickly traveled to Spain to see the property and finalize the deal. This was done professionally and also all our questions were answered. She helped us obtaining the necessary information (nota simple, cadastral information etc.) and also took time to explain /translate when nessecery. Even when signing at the notary she went with us and acted as a translator. If you are a serious buyer she will help you throughout the process.

To summarize: All went perfect because of the professionalism of Lia. The farm turned out to be more than we dreamed of!

I started my relationship with this agency 5 years ago. At that time I was looking for a finca in order to establish a centre for meditation and permaculture. We do not recommend this agent. She does not understand professionalism, discretion, integrity, trust or honesty, and she does not understand that once a contract is signed that is it legally binding and then attempts to change the agreed terms and conditions to suit herself or the seller. She has no real understanding of the legal process and attempts to breach her own contract. Be warned! Might be good for the seller but not good for the buyer. She can very very rude, and she earns a lot of money from the buyer for this poor service. Then she asks the seller to write bad things about the buyer in these reviews: Totally corrupt! Not one star (not possible to leave a review without a star) - minus 10 stars

No volveré a confiar en ella, nunca más. Al principio me pareció una persona cercana y encantadora, deposité mi confianza en ella sin dudarlo. Grave error por mi parte.

Falta de profesionalidad, no es inmobiliario titulado por lo que afecta en la claridad y la transparencia de ejecución durante el proceso de compra y en el momento de la escritura. Mucho cuidado si no quereis tener sopresas en la notaría. Os puede afectar al bolsillo.
