Casa la parra is a great choice, wonderful host with mid range prices. Breakfast excellent as was the stunning view. I would recommend this B&B highly.

Casa La Parra is the place to stay when in Algodonales. The villa sits in a beautiful location with far reaching views of the surrounding area.
The Plaza is a short walk and offers bars, restaurants, shops, chemist and supermarket.
Algodonales is a good base for sightseeing the many picturesque villages locally.
Julie, the host, makes you more than welcome during your stay. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and spacious. The gardens are beautiful and the swimming pool is set in a lovely area where you can relax and soak up the sun.
I will certainly be staying here again…
Thank you Julie for making my stay a perfect one.

Lovely stay with host/owner Julie. Room fantastic. Super comfy bed. Tasty breakfast. Lovely setting eating on the terrace overlooking the hills. Location is perfect - 5 min walk from town square so convenient, yet the house is big with plenty of room and its own grounds, so best of both worlds. Didn't try the pool but imagine it's lovely in summer.

We spend an awesome time there. Especially loved the fresh fruits & eggs for breakfast. The amazing garden is a great place to enjoy a coffee or just to relax in the shade. Julie is a very friendly & plesant host. Helpful advices and tips concerning activities are always available.

I came to the Algodonales to paraglide and stayed at the Casa La Parra.

Julie (the owner) was an excellent host and a wealth of local knowledge for the paragliding scene which I found most helpful. Being a pilot herself I was grateful for her help and advice having never visited or flown the area before. She made life easy for me by helping to organise a lift up to launch and connecting me to local expertise.

I considered the accommodation to be great value for money, the villa itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a pool which I didn't try only because I forgot to pack my budgie smugglers.

I would highly recommend staying here to any visiting pilot's or anyone who enjoys a bit of peace. The gardens are beautifully kept and a lovely place to take tea.

Thank you Julie for your help, advice and hospitality. I hope to stay with you again in future.

As a Canadian PG pilot and new to the area and Spanish language and culture, it was great to have stayed with an ex - instructor that knew all the contacts and also great finds in cultural sites all around the area. Julie was warm and charming and my suite was set up perfect far a bit of a long term stay! You need not look any further to book with confidence.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment at Julie’s while we were in Algondonales paragliding. It was very comfortable , clean and had everything we needed. I loved the early mornings sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise. The pool and garden are a wonderful haven from the heat and dust of the mountains . Julie is lovely, full of useful local knowledge , nothing was too much trouble. A great place to stay.

What a beautiful place! Great garden and even a swimming pool. Host Julie helped us out when a private apartment owner (through Booking) didn't show up to let us in, and we needed to find an alternative stay for the night. Things go as they should; this place - and our Amarillo room - was so much nicer. No doubt I'd go here when I'm in the area again.

I stayed in the Casa la Parra in December 2021. Julie's a great host! Takes great care about her guests. And her place is beautiful, the house is lovely, clean, has a sunny terrace to work remotely 😌 a pool. The garden is huge, and full of orange trees. A mini national park. Really beautiful. Definitely recommend to stay there! 💝

We stayed in the terracotta room which has beautiful, antique interior. It was a pleasure sleeping in that bed. We plunged into the pool and did a yoga session on the lawn. Simply an awesome place to relax (we didn’t do much else but visiting Ronda for an evening).
Julie is a very kind host also. What else should I say? It’s worth the 5 stars.

The best place to stay in Algodonales. Julie is so friendly and welcoming. Accommodation is 5 star, the pool is great in summer, the gardens are beautifully tended. All this only a 5 min stroll into town.

Stayed for a week with Julie as our host- absolutely gorgeous location overlooking park foothills. Her B & B is spotless, great for car park, central to major hill towns in the area. Julie and her son Warren are immensely helpful- her breakfast on the porch over the pool is heaven in the morning( fresh squeezed orange juice or grapefruit when in season). Julie is a source of local knowledge so you can put aside the guide books and just ask her about sights to visit/route planning/good local restaurants etc. Be patient about finding the place in town as Algodonales is sort of a puzzle of little streets that intersect at odd angles( typical for this region). If you struggle with Spanish mealtimes, rent the apartment and self cook as required- there's a great Mercado just down the road in Villa Martin. We had a wonderful experience there and would recommend this spot if visiting the white towns by car.

We highly recommend Julie's guest apartment in Algodonales. For our family of 4 (2 teen boys) it was comfortable and well located, a charming, peaceful and safe place within striking distance of Seville and all White Hill Towns. Paragliders rejoice... she used to run a school there so knows the flows. Families revel - there's a pool and safe, friendly town and trails for strolling. We biked the Via Verde and made a couple of itinerary changes based on Julie's suggestions... all good. Don't hesitate, you'll enjoy.

I have stayed at Casa la Parra twice now with my husband and each time we have been made most welcome. The sign outside the front door says, "mi casa es su casa" which sums up the hospitality received by Julie and Warren. Their house does feel like your house! There are rooms in the house on a bed and breakfast basis but there are also two apartments if you want to cater for yourself. We have stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and the spacious 1 bed studio with separate fully equipped kitchen. They are spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay including free wifi. The beds are very comfortable and with the peaceful surroundings we have never slept so well. The views are spectacular from the house which has a swimming pool, well kept gardens and orchards where you can pick your own fruit. A short 5 minute walk takes you to the centre of Algodonales where there are plenty of bars and places to eat at very (cheap) reasonable prices. It is a great place for walking, cycling and bird watching and also well known for paragliding. We love Casa la Parra and Algodonales and will return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cassa la Parra. Julie and Warren were brilliant host, very friendly and helpful with a lot of knowledge about the local area. The accommodation is comfortable, peaceful and quiet but only a short walk to the vibrant plaza which is the heart of Algodonales. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfy accommodation with a beautiful pool and garden. Warren and Julie and their little dog were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location as 5 min away from zahara reservoir - idyllic scenery. 100% recommend and may return.
