Huge thanks to Alegria in general and Yulia in particular for helping me with a short term 2 months rental in Torrevieja. The apartment looks exactly the same in life as it does on photos 😍 which is really pleasant since often photos and reality do not match. The apartment has everything you need for living, even a heater as it can get quite chilly in Spain in January.
Yulia is super responsive. I had an issue with a fridge once, so I texted Yulia, she answered right away and she contacted their service person to come and take a look at the fridge.
Overall I am really happy with the experience 😍

Let me start by saying, Danae is your best option if you are looking to make a real estate transaction in Costa Blanca. After watching many youtube videos I found Alegria Real Estate. Kudos to them, for the amazing videos they create. This was going to be my second real estate transaction in Spain (previous one was in a different area and different agency). I contacted Danae and started communicating via WhatsApp. I live in the United States and I am also a Real Estate agent here in the states. Investing in another country could be frustrating and scary, but Danae made sure this wasn’t my case. She was extremely professional, made time to meet us during non traditional working hours to accommodate our travel schedule, understood what we were looking for, showed us many properties as we wanted and was never pushy. She made us feel welcome and ensured to establish a trusting relationship. We ended up not buying any of the prosperities we saw during that trip but left with a great understanding of the area thanks to her. We had never visited the area before, just did some research after the many videos we watched and decided to invest there. We made a second trip once we had found the right property, which is not necessary because they could do the closing remote, but we wanted to be there in person. The entire process was enjoyable, from her services, to her company to her recommendations and many advices.
