Great Ibis experience, the standard for other Ibis hotels to follow excellent. Basic clean hotel with great staff. Nothing too much trouble and was appreciated after a long journey. Good location near Bilbao (drive or taxi) and close to motorways. Excellent stop over choice thank you.

Good value for money. Clean and suitable room to spend a few days in Bizcaia. Our room was equiped with bath and shower and everywhere was clean and tidy. Calm place where you can rest very good. Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety to choice.

Perfect for a stopover. Clean facilities and everything you need. Helpful staff. Breakfast selection could be improved but certainly enough to choose from and a bargain price.

Half an hour for ferry terminal. Compact rooms but perfectly adequate. 4.50 euros for a great breakfast .

Ideal stop off for the night when travelling from UK to southern Spain over three day drive. Staff helpful too.

Hi vàrem dormir dues nits, la distancia de l'hotel fins el Casco Viejo és d'uns 12 km, el que creiem seria una dificultat va estar un avantatge, el centre estava pràcticament intransitable.

Per tant amb deixar el cotxe a l'hotel i vam agafar el tren, que para a uns 10 min de l'hotel a peu dins del poble de Arrigorriaga, i que et porta a l'estació central de Bilbao-Abando Indalecio Prieto, amb viatges freqüents com rodalies. Trajecte sobre 15 min.

En quan a l'hotel cap comentari negatiu per part nostra, senzill, net, llit còmode, aigua calenta amb pressió, gens de soroll i sobretot remarcar l'amabilitat i l'atenció del personal, sobre tot dels de recepció, salutacions
