Restaurante La Cueva del Cura

I had never eaten in a cave until I came to this restaurant.
I love this place. When I go to Leon or I pass by near this place, I always stop here to eat lunch or dinner.
The food is delicious. I always get ensalada mixta and the parrillada for two. Its enough for me and my boyfriend.
The staff is very friendly and polite.

_It was a fantastic experienced here.The food was great.I dont eat beef at all cos of the strong smell of it.But Jesus,the beef that they served us was so good,no smell and it was so tender.The only problem is it was a bit far from the city center of León,But it's worth for everthing.Remembring to bring coat or something to make you warm when go there.Its a bit cold in there.

Amazing for those who are craving for very authentic Spanish food from the zone this is the place. Regarding the restaurant’s environment, it’s quite fabulous. for those who get cold easily it is recommended to bring a hoodie or a light jacket as the cave might be a bit cold. A must to try: Cecina with a good picudo wine. Other dishes nice to try: morcilla, carilleras and rabo de toro. The staff very friendly. For desserts go for leche frita, don’t waste your money and calories on the cheesecake. The coffee also very very nice.

Very interesting restaurant approximately 20 minutes outside Leon in Spain. Food is quite pricey but it's a very interesting experience. Would recommend as it's something you can't see or do in most places.

Excellent experience. Eating downstairs in caves hollowed out for storing wine. Good local food and even better local wine.

Hace ya algunos años que descubrimos esta cueva que nos encantó, porque es un lugar con muchísimo encanto.
Volvimos de nuevo con amigos que les gustó tanto que volvieron con su familia.
Pero hacía de esto ya años , y ha pasado una pandemia.
Fue una alegría comprobar que nada ha cambiado.
Los pimientos del Fresno sigue estando espectaculares. Las chuletas de cordero son deliciosas siempre. Un amigo probó el rabo de toro y disfrutó de lo lindo.
Los canutillos de Mercedes, son mi postre favorito. La leche frita tampoco está nada mal.
El vino de la bodega recibió muchos elogios.
¡Un lugar muy recomendable!

Lugar con muchísimo encanto y un aire familiar. Hemos comido de 11, tanto por la mesa, la atención, la calidad de la comida. Todo exquisito, casero y perfecto en tiempos. Sin agobios y disfrutando cada plato. Lo recomendamos sin duda.

Es una experiencia increíble, la ubicación es un puntazo a su favor, comer en una antigua bodega y encima en una cueva le da un toque mágico.
La gastronomía y la repostería van en consonancia con el entorno.
El servicio está bien, van locos por la cantidad de clientes que tienen, y aún así tienen una sonrisa.

Una ves al mes voy con mi mujer a tomar la parrillada de carne para dos personas…
Está espectacular!!! Repetiremos siempre por supuesto….
