I Torrevieja Health Center La Loma

The doctor was delightful and I didn't have to wait long,it was around midnight.
I telephoned before hand and the lady doctor told me to come in.
Much better service than Torrevieja hospital AandE.
The doctor took her time with me and was kind and empathetic.

I visited two evenings ago and my Spanish is not good enough to speak in medical terms so We got by with google translate. Make sure you take your passport and health card (was EHIC).
I was seen and treated incredibly quickly and the Female Dr I saw was really lovely. As with our health service treat them with respect and it is reciprocated.
No fees prescription issued and at the chemist €4.98 I had my antibiotics.

Been here twice in the last week and on both occasions I was very happy with the service. First visit was an appointment for an X-ray and I arrived early and was seen to immediately and left before my actual appointment time. Second visit was for a problem with one of my eyes and had no appointment. I was seen by a doctor within 15 minutes and again got very good service. I speak very little Spanish so all of the conversations were in English. All of the staff I saw, receptionist, radiographer, doctor and security man were friendly, courteous and efficient. Thanks to all of them.

They took care of my leg really well, even tho I do not speak Spanish, but they tried to understand me and helped me.

A very happy experience! The waiting time between 5 and 10 minuets the reception workers are very friendly and speak very good English the doctor doesn’t but had an excellent cominication skils and explain exactly what the problem and what medicine she’s given and how to take it the center is very clean .very happy with the service

Sono andata in questo centro medico perché mio figlio è stato male durante le nostre vacanze a Torrevieja. Le recensioni su google non rendono giustizia all'esperienza molto positiva che abbiamo avuto. Nonostante la barriera linguistica (parlo molto poco spagnolo e il personale non parla altra lingua) sono stati tutti molto gentili e pazienti. Mio figlio è stato visitato molto rapidamente e abbiamo risolto il problema in meno di 1h. Pesonale efficiente, gentile e preparato.

Я обращалась в центр ла Лома не один раз. Дети болеют часто. И каждый раз нас обслуживали с добротой и терпением, старались понять, выслушать и помочь. Я благодарна всем специалистам кто там работает. Особенно хочу поблагодарить врача, который принимает деток в кабинете Педиатрия 2. У меня остались только позитивные впечатления.
Что же касается очередей, ожидания, то удивляться не приходится. Кому очень не нравится - всегда есть опция купить страховку и обслуживаться в частной клинике.

Después de ver las reseñas me hicieron pensar en desplazarme a otro centro pero por cercanía y la gravedad del niño me llevaron a la Loma. La recepcionista nos atendió agradablemente y el no ser del lugar se agradece.Atencion rápida y fenomenal del pediatra de urgencias. Al final la bacteria del aire acondicionado , antibiótico pero fiebres tan altas asustan.Muchas gracias.

Acabo de llegar de urgencias y a pesar del gran volumen de gente que hay, atienden súper rápido . Especial mención al médico de urgencias que me ha tocado que es una maravilla y se ha preocupado en todo momento. Me olvidé preguntar su nombre pero espero que este mensaje llegue a él. Un 100/100

Tengo una quemadura bastante fea y me estoy haciendo las curas cada día. Las enfermeras son geniales, muy profesionales y agradables.

Muy buena atención.
Estando de vacaciones mi hija se ha puesto enferma. La doctora que le ha atendido ha sido muy atenta y amable y le ha realizado una exploración completa al no tener un foco concreto aparte de mucha fiebre. Muy profesional. El tiempo de espera completamente prudencial al tratarse de un PAC.

Tuve que ir con la cría a urgencias estando de vacaciones. Me han atendido de forma rápida, muy amablemente y la pediatra muy profesional. Gracias

Nunca cogen el telefono! Ese es el punto negativo. el personal y la atención que me habéis dado siempre ha sido de 10! Recepción, urgencias, admisión de urgencias, los médicos, laboratorio!!
