Reservatauro Ronda

This 90min tour through the bull plots was simply perfect and we recommend it to everyone! Our tour guide didn’t just show us around, but was passionate about the project, answered every question and even spoke several languages! After visiting the bull ring, where the bulls with the desired genes are being selected, and the horse stalls, we got a tour visiting the bulls and cows at different ages. While stopping several times, the guide explained the purpose of the breeding farm, its history and generally bull fighting. Even though the matter can be discussed, it is very interesting to hear about it and understand the local tradition. Thank you so much for the tour!

A wonderful experience touring this amazing facility. It provides insight into the role of bullfighting in the Spanish Culture. Highly recommended. Also, if you are driving from Ronda, I recommend a stop at the LA Organic olive oil facility nearby. Stop for a tasting and a lovely outdoor lunch on the patio!

Absolutely amazing to pure breed andalusian horses, they who took us round was so friendly and knew all about them, you could tell she loves the animals, we got to see a breeding herd, and foals, it was an amazing experience, if you have the chance pop in and see the place.

I highly recommend this attraction to anyone who visits Ronda. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us coordinate a taxi from Centro when we were having trouble (between Easter week and our lacking Spanish skills we weren't sure we'd make it). Our tour guide whose name I cannot recall (lo siento) was personable, informative, and shared her passion for the work that they do at Reservatauro Ronda. She said it was her first time giving a tour by herself but you'd never know it! It was both educational and immersive and you can tell they truly respect the animals they work with. Such a wonderful experience!

A real insight into tradition of Spanish bullfighting.

Our tour was guided by Franciska.
She took us around the ranch and explained us how the bulls and cows were selected for breeding and for bullfighting.

We also got a good insight about the horses. There not only horses for the "arena" they also have working horses.

Franciska told us a lot about the tradition, history and today's role of the bulls and horses.

The animal have a great place, a lot of space and can live in heards. There health get regularly monitored by a vet.

There is a small museum attached with information about the owner Rafael.

Neither our nor the other guide did rushed to finished in time. They were very experienced and answered every question.

We can recommend the farm and it's easy to find, no need to book via agency. Just do it on your own like we did an enjoy.

Great visit! The place is beautiful! Easy to find and reach. You get a full understanding of how well the animals live. Natural surroundings perfects for pictures! The guides and rest of the workes are very friendly , educated and open to answer all your questions nicely.

Interesting and fun activity to do in Andalusia! Our tour guide knew many languages and explained everything very well. We were able to see the bull ring, the bulls, oxes and horses around the farm. There is a little train to sit in showing you around the farm.

We enjoyed a great small group tour with a knowledgeable guide. The buildings are functional and graceful. We thought the stars of the show were the beautiful Andalusian horses and bulls until we saw owner and top matador Rafael Tejada practicing and talked with him. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent! Fascinating understanding of everything involving Bulls and bullfighting. The staff was great and we got to meet the actual bullfighter who owns the place. This tour also supports the animals who have a great life in this hacienda. A truly unforgettable experience. Cannot recommend this tour enough.

Very interesting and enjoyable 2 hours. We learned much and children enjoyed as much as adults. Host / guide was charming. Horses and bulls and cows and IC and more!
5 senses included Serrano ham and goat cheese and local wine. Very nice.

100% recommendable. Nice place to spend some time and very interesting insight on how the world of "toros" work. It's been a really positive discovery for me thanks to Elsa, our wonderful guide. She has a deep knowledge of the whole process and can share it in both french and spanish.
