Villa Casa Louisa

Just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks at this Villa. 4 adults and 4 children stayed and the property is very large so plenty of room inside and out for 8 of us. Great hosts, we had an issue with a bathroom light and it was sorted pretty much immediately. The villa is well equipped and beds very comfortable. Even though we had a heatwave, the villa itself didn't feel too hot, meaning during the day we didn't need to use the aircon. Pool and pool area is lovely and not overlooked by neighbours and the views arestunning. I would definitely return to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Casa Louisa. The house is spacious and the view that comes with it is amazing! Everything was clean and the hosts are very nice. The pool was perfect to swim in and also clean. The place itself is very calm and has lots of sunshine. We would highly recommend this place and we look forward to going back!

Villa Casa Louisa is a beautiful, luxurious and cosy villa which served us a great time. Great hospitality from the owners who ensured a lovely stay. Both from the pool and the terrace there are beautiful views of the mountains. In short, it comes highly recommended!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this amazing place. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay. It's super spacious, because it has more than enough rooms and bathrooms. The pool was very clean and nice to swim in. When we arrived the place was very tidy.

I would absolutely recommend everyone to choose this place if you want to spend your vacation at cozy and calm place. I'm coming back for sure!

Lovely area of Spain, Villa Casa Louisa is ideal for a larger party, the owners are very helpful and the Villa is well equipped.

Very spacious and beautiful place to stay. The host is extremely friendly and the view from the terrace is breathtaking!

Van ruime, propere kamers, tot een vlekkeloos ontvangst en een zwembad met uitzicht om u tegen te zeggen... Villa Casa Louisa had alle ingrediënten in huis voor een prachtige vakantie met ons voltallig gezin.

De locatie van de villa is werkelijk uniek waardoor je nooit last hebt van omgevingsgeluid. Het zwembad, de keuken, het terras, badkamers... alles was spik en span gemaakt voor onze aankomst. Zelfs voor de tijd van 't jaar (half augustus) was het lekker fris binnenin de villa.

Een enorm pluspunt was de grote BBQ op het bovenste buitenterras. Een echte luxe om elke avond buiten te kunnen koken met een glaasje wijn en een prachtige zonsondergang in de achtergrond. Nog een extra tip: het gastenboek heeft ons naar heel wat leuke plekken geleid in de omgeving van Alcaucin.

NO VOLVERÍA AQUÍ. Elegimos esta casa por la piscina privada y por la amplitud de la misma. El anfitrión bien, nos explicó todo. Después de concretar el pago y la fianza de 250€, nos comunican que la fianza son ahora 500€. Después de insistirles que lo que se habló y aceptamos todos fue de 250. Al finalizar la estancia, y después de darnos el ok, la responsable de la casa, nos llegó un correo que indicaba que nos descontaban 95€ de esa fianza. Nos han cobrado 20€ por limpiar unos vasos del desayuno que se lo comentamos a Lies, 8€ por dejar unos alimentos en el frigorífico, 12€ por un tazón de madera que esta bien, 20€ por limpiar barbacoa, que dejamos limpia, 20€ por un cojín que encontramos también roto, etc. Pero no dicen nada de que la piscina dejaba la ropa verde y todo lo que estuviese en contacto con el protector solar y el cobre de la piscina, piezas de gresite que se desprendían, las tapas de skimmer sueltas, en las cuales un niño metió el pie y se hizo un buen raspon, la piscina no estaba limpia, creo que la bomba de la piscina no funcionaba. Un día se presentan dos señores casi hasta la piscina, sin mascarilla y sin previó aviso, para arreglar el aire acondicionado que nosotros no usamos en ningún momento, otro día estuvimos pendientes de un electricista por el aire acondicionado, que nosotros no teníamos contratado, todo esto interrumpiendo nuestro disfrute de la casa, etc. Y NO NOS QUEJAMOS DE NADA DE ESO, PERO ELLOS NOS COBRAN AL FINAL POR TODO. Por las vacaciones que suelo tener alquilo este tipo de casas y nunca he tenido ningún problema.
