Avitan Premium & Luxury Villas

We stayed in the stone villa with a few of our friends. The villa is absolutely spectacular and exceeded all our expectations. The villa is very nice and modern with very good shared spaces. The rooms are very spacious ,beautiful, romantic and modern. The villa offers amazing views and beautiful outdoor spaces like the pool and the terrace. Its a great location away from the noise but still very close drive to the main areas. The Villa was exceptionally clean and well prepared for our arrival and we had everything we needed for a great relaxing vacation. I would definitely recommend visiting!

I had the pleasure of staying at Avitan Premium Villas recently, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything was just perfect.

The villa itself was simply breathtaking. From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the stunning design and attention to detail. Every corner of the villa was beautifully decorated and furnished, with no expense spared. The spacious rooms were a dream to stay in, and I felt right at home from the very beginning.

But what really made my stay at Avitan Premium Villas truly special were the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They gave me some great recommendations for things to do and see in Tenerife, which really added to my overall experience.

All in all, I have to say that my stay at Avitan Premium Villas was worth every penny. The price was more than fair, considering the level of luxury and comfort that I experienced. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable stay in Tenerife.

Me and my partner and family spent 9 days here from the end of May and the stay was fantastic. Beautiful villa with the most spectacular views. Excellent communication from the hosts when required. Close enough to the main area of Costa Adeje and easily accessible via taxi for 5 to 6 Euros. Highly recommend this villa, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again if we return to this area again.

We’ve stayed at the black villa in May, this is very nice, comfortable place with 4 bedrooms, huge living room with open kitchen and 3 separate bathrooms plus 1 toilet. The villa facilities make great impression, the view from huge windows and balconies is breathtaking. The swimming pool is nice and everything is clean. We gladly recommend the place for families who want to spend some quality time in a very private spece away from the tourists crowds. The neighbourhood seems to be quiet, although during our stay, there was a construction work nearby. Despite that, we enjoyed the vacation very much. The owner and other crew members are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for hosting us!

This villa is amazing! We had a very warm welcome from Jon who showed us round and gave us various recommendations and on hand guidance throughout our stay via WhatsApp. The views from this villa are second to none, and the sunset was totally amazing. We’d suggested doing lots of things outside of the villa before we went to Adeje, but ultimately ended up spending most of the time in the villa as it was that amazing. Thanks Jon and team for having us, we’ll be back 😁.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Blue. The Villa was so well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and it’s a quiet area with exceptional views. Taxi will come in minutes once you call them. I look forward to returning again. Thank you for a wonderful service.

We stayed with my wife and 2 children in early February at the Villa Blue. Booked on avitanvillas.com. Received a nice discount for direct booking. Fast callback with a booking manager. We were met on the place, managers showed us Villa, recommended good restaurants, beaches... I really liked the villa: cozy, clean, with a gorgeous views of the city and the ocean. I recommend using two pool heaters, the water temperature is very comfortable. We liked Avitan Villa very much, will definitely come back.

Really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for a group of 7 20-somethings, with all the facilities we needed. The house was lovely, and definitely a luxury accommodation - good value for money. The hosts were very attentive and helpful, and helped make our stay smooth!

We visit Adeje every year since 2020. Each time we stay in one of the villas of La Tagora. Avitan Villas are definitely awesome with great views and swimming pools. We select them just because we know that the quality of our vacation is always top.

Our stay at Villa Black was exceptionally amazing.
The first factor that surprised me was the location. Villa Black is placed on top of a hill and staying there felt like you are a ruler of the world, looking over the whole town. My breath was taken away when I entered the top floor. Suddenly, a beautiful view was in front of my eyes. The colourful busy town, the lively beach, the glimmering ocean reflecting the peachy sunset sky and beyond, on the horizon, another beautiful island La Gomera.
I spent all of my warm late afternoons with a book on the balcony, watching these sunsets and soaking in the view in front of me, because this is something you can experience only once in a lifetime.
The villa is true luxury, spacious, with comfortable furniture, exquisite paintings and pleasant bathrooms. It was very comfortable and I could finally breathe in these rooms. The children also enjoyed the swimming pool very much, with sunbeams and a cooler next to it. Every morning was happy, cooking in the practical and well-designed kitchen, that even has its own designer wine cooler. During the quiet and peaceful nights, after a hot jacuzzi bath, sleeping was perfect in the soft beds. It was also a great plus that the wifi was very strong on all floors.
Near Villa Black, we had a lot of options of activities - the gigantic Siam Mall, Fanabe beach, Siam Park (ranked best waterpark in the world), Monkey Park where we could feed exotic animals and Jungle Park. The surroundings of the villa are also perfect for walks with a beautiful view.

This villa gives the perfect feeling of privacy and luxury.

We are half way through a weeks stay at the graphite villa and couldn't be more pleased with the property and location. We are a family of 6 plus a 2 month old baby at the villa is perfect. The views are amazing and cabs are fast and cheap in to the main resort area. The owner has been very responsive to any queries, I would highly recommend this luxury villa.

Amazing Villa and our host John was very responsive to all our inquiries. The place is on top of the hill overlooking Costa Adeje which made for amazing sunset. Will definitely be back!

we came for a few days to celebrate the birthday of a friend, the villa is so beautiful, comfortable, and every bedroom has an extraordinary fantastic view, 4 couples are very comfortably accommodated, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, we didn't want to leave the villa, but all the same we rented a boat and spent an unforgettable day in ocean !!! looking forward to coming back!

My wife and I stayed at "Premium Family Villas Sea & Sun" in Dec. This is a 3 floor villa with very stylish design, amazing ocean view from 1th and 2th floor. There is a pool on the 3rd floor area, also there is a place for barbeque party. Owners - couple Ofer and Sveta was very hospitable and always online if we need something. Generally - very comfortable, feel like at home.

We really liked the Villa and the view from the terrace. We didn't miss a single sunset.
The pool was warm enough for at night swimming

Best rental villas I ever been in it has: a private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms… the view is something form another word 10/10
