Boca del Paso

Near to main south villages. Nice views to ocean and a bit forest sence.

An easy, roughly 5 km long round hiking trail. The view is amazing as well as the vegetation. Bring a raincoat as any time can be rainy up here in the mountains.

It was a perfect walk :)
We took the short tour (~5km) on the yellow path coming from La Quinta. You can leave your car just before the start of the path. Amazing flora and founa as well as views over Adeja.
The trip up by car is a bit challenging but luckily very little traffic ;)

Lovely round walk from Barrio Taucho to Boca del Paso and back. 4 mi / 6.5 km.

Beautiful hike following goatpaths and outstanding viewpoint. And an abandoned village. Starting in La Quinta (park in front of church).

Good trail for walking. No reservation need. Next to Inferno.

Pretty empty trail to the top with a great view on the southern coast of Tenerife.

Good hike that will take you couple of hours to complete. The starting incline from Adeje might be demanding for inexperienced but you are quickly rewarded with a great panoramic view of the coast. On a sunny day this can be especially problematic as there aren't many shaded places on the way up.

Its an amazing place. We went there to meet sunset and it was worth it. We left our car in La Quinta and went about 25 min on the top of Boca del Paso. The route is short and very easy, but the view from the top is incredibly. Highly recommended!

Nice hiking route goes right through that viewpoint, if you want to test your might start it from Adeje otherwise you can get very close by car and walk about 2 kilometres by a very nice lands with pines and other flora. If you will be getting to it from Adeje do not expect anything but cactuses))

Don't underestimate the trek to Boca del Paso from Barranco del Infierno. There are some parts of the trail that can be quite challenging at some point. But the scenery that unfolds once you got to the top is just breathtaking. Down the valley you can see Los Cristianos and Adeje, and at your back towards the continuation of the trail lays majestically El Teide.

Very good track especialy with kids.

From Costa Adeje or the "the old town" Adeje, this trip is so self-evident, everybody should climb up this steep hill. Views are superior (if not cloudy).
