We stayed at this hotel for three nights and enjoyed it immensely and were incredibly comfortable.

Quaint seaside family resort. This place is definitely for families with small children. The food is great and I recommend getting the all inclusive package. Well worth it. The service is excellent. Room was kept clean and it was spacious and nice. The children's pool is amazing. Lot's of live shows and entertainment. I'll never forget the excitement of our youngest son at one of the evening children's program. He was totally amazed and awestruck. Other than some tours and a decent shopping centre right across the street from the hotel there isn't much else around though.

Amazing stay as always. Food 5 stars. Great Ambience and staff always very welcome. We come back every year as a family. Gorgeous pool and rooms are luxurious and comfortable in size. Excellent!

My partner and I stayed here on the 28th of February. We only stayed for one night, but we can't wait to return.
The hotel was amazing, our room was really spacious with a with a large balcony overlooking the pool.
We chose the half board option, and we weren't disappointed, the food was delicious.
We also used the spa area which was really relaxing and well worth a visit.
We can't wait to return!

Loved Barrosa Palace, it is a bit out of the way, not many English speaking staff though, I marked down service for trying to eat in the evening the staff didn't understand we were told at reception to go and just pay €23 each, we didn't have our hotel armband on so there was 4 different people coming over trying to ask if we were all inclusive, it felt awkward and demeaning, I was almost going to get up and walk out with embarrassment. This however was the only issue, it is out of the way, I would recommend getting car hire to get about.

This hotel is exceptional, we have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Spain including Paradores but this was amazing. The staff are amazing. Javi in the bar was wonderful.

I didn't stay at this Hotel but I visited to check out the facilities. The Star rating is fully justified with Marble and quality furnishings everywhere. The quietest of the Hipotel hotels at Playa Barrosa obviously aimed at couples rather than families, who would be better suited at the Gardens.

Very clean. Everybody is very friendly and polite. Food is every day different and everything is very tasty. They have big courtyard, 2 pools and enough opportunities to sit inside and outside. Highly recommended
