This place is a must-see. Going through the front door is a journey back in time without electricity, and you are invited for the full experience. Even a tour of the kitchen! Carol is of course an exuberant host who loves her job and it shines through in everything from the mood to the food. We will be back!

I don't care what you need to do to get here but you must go. Trust me.

This place is amazing I’ve traveled the world and have been lucky enough eat in some amazing places.
But this place is full of charm very rustic top quality home made food very good wine and if you like to sing it the place to go.
If you don’t like to sing you will probably have to anyway.
The welcome you get is second to none and the host, owner Carol is a very special lady.
If your fun loving and want to try something very different it’s a must.

The most amazing place, one must visit at least once. Caroline a vibrant hostess who looks after her visitors so well... she cooks, she sings... an amazing woman. The food is a delight, the whole place oozes history, quality and romance.. I keep going back for this special experience.. everyone should!

A warm welcome and a tour of this historic establishment, conducted with
exhuberant humour by Carol,was
followed by a delicious, relaxed lunch.
Add to the above a singer/musician and suddenly there's singing and dancing for everyone from children to grandparents
An unforgettable Sunday afternoon

Extraordinary collection of old agricultural stuff in fabulous mountain scenery. Their vineyard produces a lovely red wine which is served ad lib throughout. The owner, Carolina, gives a delightful tour round the rambling property...then it's time for the most exquisite meal. Six delicious courses accompanied by bursts of impromptu singing from hosts and guests alike. An unforgettable experience overall and well worth the hairy drive up into the Sierra Bernia. You must go!

What an amazing place and great hosts.

Это место стоит посетить обязательно если вы хотите и вкусно поесть и окунуться в потрясающую атмосферу заботливых и внимательных людей. Вас сначала напоят сангрией, потом проведут по территории дома/музея и расскажут интересную и веселую историю, потом вкусно и сытно накормят с красивой подачей сезонных блюд, а потом споют и станцуют. Осенью у них горит камин в зале и стоят свечи на столах. Были уже несколько раз и каждый из них остался незабываемым.

P.S. Берите с собой наличные - там нет связи и электричества.

Кухня отпадная просто сумасшедший антураж. Бывший дом римлян потом арабский завоевателей. Но построен явно до римлян. Шикарная кухня , все блюда вкусные при очень демократичных ценах. Шикарное место. Очень необычное. Так же на территории имеется номер для аренды всего один но очень необычный. Молодцы хорошая идея и воплощение идеи. Но есть место для развития. Можно сделать из этого места просто сказку.

Fantastische plek om een middag door te brengen . Zeer charmante en humoristische gastvrouw, leuke rondleiding, prima eten en sangria/wijn. Aanrader om eens wat anders te beleven.
Prachtige route er naar toe ook !!

Un lugar muy original donde pasar una buena tarde.
Muy buena comida, menú único, 5 platos exquisitos y vino elaborado por ellos mismos y todo en un magnífico entorno en una masia de origen romano.
Música y actuación después de la comida y todo ello con personal muy simpático y atento, sobre todo Carol, la anfitriona que con su simpática y gracia te envuelve en una agradable experiencia

Sitio genuino pero es eso mismo lo que te atrapa al llegar allí.
Esperábamos acudir a visitar un museo de vino tradicional de la zona, y nos encontramos con toda una experiencia cultural y gastronómica.
La propietaria te cuenta al llegar la historia familiar del lugar, como elaboran sus vinos, y a su vez te invita a degustar de una comida con ellos.
No se trata de un restaurante con carta como tal, sino que tienen un menú cerrado compuesto por 5 platos, todo cocinado por ellos de la forma más tradicional posible: cocina de leña y productos ecológicos de la tierra. Platos cuidados y originales; en definitiva… un placer para el paladar.
Además al finalizar la comida, te invitan a cantar o a disfrutar de ese espectáculo espontáneo tanto de los propietarios, como de otras mesas.
Todos los que allí trabajaban son amables y cercanos, lo cual invita a sentirse como en casa.

Para volver y repetir esa experiencia única en otra ocasión sin duda.
