We recently purchased a property the Jalon Valley thanks to Darren and Claire. They made the finding and buying of our lovely villa so easy and trouble free. They dealt with all the registering and liaising with our Spanish solicitor and the utility companies, going way beyond what I would have expected an estate agent to do. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Having only ever owned a property in the uk we found the prospect of buying in Spain rather daunting. Claire, in particular, took all these worries away from us. Our purchase and move here were totally stress free and we are now living our dream in the sunshine in this wonderful area in Spain. Excellent stay at Villa Rosa.
We have just returned form a 4 night stay at Villa Rosa. We booked the Villa for a special Birthday Celebration.
It was an excellent choice for us, for the location, the room space in the Villa with the peaceful surroundings and stunning views.
When we arrived, the Villa was beautifully set up with everything we needed, all the rooms were lovely, with nice bedding and laundry provided. What made it extra special for us was that our Agent Vicky, had set up a pretty Christmas Tree in the lounge. This made our pre Christmas stay with friends even more perfect! The weather was so good we were able to use the lovely outside eating areas, yet we were warm and cosy in the evenings with great heating in the Villa.
We had a perfect stay and thank the Jalon Valley Real Eastate Team for looking after all our needs.
