We feel that we must give credit to Jose Darocas of Benitachell Properties. This year (2022) we sold and purchased our properties with Benitachell Properties.
Neither the sale or purchase were completely straightforward as is often the case. As always a stressful time and he was there to guide and explain and to ensure that all went as smoothly as possible.
Jose’s knowledge on both selling and buying a property in Spain and in particular in the Valencia/Alicante regions is immense, as is his knowledge of the legal process and requirements. This meant we had utmost confidence in Jose and his advice.
The hours that he worked on our behalf were phenomenal, often late into the evening and calling us to check on information and at the weekends. Our sympathy went to his wife who has to cope with his amazing work ethic.
He came to the Notary with us for both properties and this was an immense support; we learnt that not everyone supports their clients to such a high standard. He sent us the draft contract to check before going to the Notary to ensure there were no unnecessary delays.
