Hotel Rosaleda del Mijares

Excellent hotel, albeit a bit costly compared to the other accomodations I came across on my hiking trip through Valencia. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. I was surprised to see so many tourists here after several days alone on the trail. The river filled with thermal water and the pool can be reached via an elevator from the hotel. The Bar at the pool serves excellent cocktails. Just in front of the hotel a little tourist train takes visitors on a one hour tour along the river to the Embalse. Very recommendable.

Room was big, service and all hotel system works super good, workers were happy and hard working, spa was really nice with amazing contrast shower with heads from sides. Location itself is fantastic. We came for the price but extended our stay for more days and hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff is all really friendly and helpful. The river club is a great restaurant. Walking distance to the river to swim. Will book again next time for a longer stay!

The perfect location on the river, with beautiful, easy walks to gorgeous swimming holes. Enjoy crystal clear water and let the little fish clean your feet while drinking a sangria.

The resturaunt with terrace on the river is spacious and peacful, with an outdoor pool and an indoor pool and hottub in the hotel; thought the pool hours are limited.

The views from the riverside rooms are expansive, ask for a room with a balcony.

The breakfast is typical, but they do cook real eggs instead of typical hotel ready prep eggs.

The town of Montanjas is quant and has several nice resturaunts. The locals are friendly and we felt very safe allowing our children to walk around the town by themselves.

Stay at least 2 nights so you have plenty of time to drive or hike around.

Excellent hotel with clean, spacious rooms, sauna, acclimatized pool, jacuzzi, spa, and beautiful views of the River Mijares. Each room has a heater and an air conditioner so you can easily control the temperature whereas you like a warm or cold environment. The view throughout the window was splendid with a direct view of the River. The hotel disposes of a huge car park which is free for guests. The personnel is tourist friendly and very helpful. There's a path by the riverside that goes from the hotel all the way to La Fuente de los baños. In regards to food.. It is extremely good for the price you pay just don't be expecting a high cuisine menu for 11 euros. I've been in many hotels and quite frankly this hotel is one of best ones. Highly recommended!

The room was a good size, clean, comfortable and competitively priced. We had lunch though which was poor in comparison to other meals we have had in Spain.

Un hotel muy bien reformado con habitaciones amplias exteriores, baños muy completos y tv tamaño grande. La comida es variada y muy bien elaborada con platos tradicionales y completos. Todo el personal muy amable. En un entorno muy tranquilo y saludable en medio de la naturaleza. Ideal para familias con niños. Posibilidad de caminar por diversos senderos de montaña o bañarse en las hoyas del rio Mijares. Muy recomendable.

Todo muy bien, la habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda. El personal muy atento y amable. El menú muy aceptable todos los días. El spa muy bien, grande y limpio, tal vez le faltaría algún chorro más de agua en la piscina.

Acabamos de marcharnos y ya pensamos en volver!!!! Experiencia increible para todos los sentidos. Nuestra habitación amplia (éramos 4) y con bonitas vistas al rio. Comimos en el River Club y salimos casi rodando de lo contundentes que son los platos y lo rico que cocinan. Los alrededores son espectaculares; calma y paz en cada rincón. El pueblecito pequeñito pero con lo necesario para el dia a dia. El personal encantador, mención especial a las dos chicas de recepción, amabilísimas y atentas. El spa genial, tiene lo necesario para relajarte durante 60' incluso con niños.
Sin duda, regresaremos en verano para disfrutar de la piscina exterior!!! Un 10!!

Nos ha sorprendido, esta super.
Hemos estado en la habitación con balcón y vistas al rio y vale mucho la pena, la cama es muy comoda, el baño completo y amplio. La comida en el restaurante está muy buena, el desayuno buffet abundante, comida y cena variada, con menu a elegir entre varios platos. También esta el River Club, junto a la piscina, donde ponen musica, puedes tomar algo y la comida esta riquisima. El SPA VIP increible, una pasada!! y el masaje buenisimo.

Todo ha sido perfecto. El entorno de Montanejos es precioso.

El hotel está reformado. Las habitaciones són amplias y disponen de baño con secador y ducha grande. 🖥 de 60",terraza ó sin .El ascensor va desde la planta principal hasta la zona del río. La calle está en reformas,pero terminan rápidamente.
