We found our experience with Alison a very professional and helpful one throughout the whole process of buying a Villa.
We had one brief encounter with Alison over a year ago when we registered with her company. Everything was thrown into disarray because of Covid with not being able to get back out to Spain until September this year.

Excellent professional service throughout what proved to be a rather difficult and drawn out sale. None of the problems encountered were of Pereto's making but they resolved the issues, quickly and efficiently to ensure a successful outcome. Would recommend highly.

We had out villa built by Pereto having bought the plot with Thomas. !8 years later we decided to sell and listed our villa with Pereto again and again used Thomas as our contact who sorted out the paperwork promptly. We sold to buyers introduced by Bernard again from the Orba office. The sale progressed well with all issues sorted promptly. Jacquie kept us up to date throughout the selling process and helped with all the information necessary and attended the notary with us today when the sale completed. We have been very pleased with all our dealings with Pereto, whilst not the cheapest they have certainly proved to be an excellent company to deal with and as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for' and we have been pleased with their service throughout the years.

Our house details were well presented and we received very personal and personable attention from Alison. She certainly stuck with the negotiations doggedly. I particularly liked my hand being held at the notary. ;-)
