I walked into the store, and was greeted by a young lady who spoke English .
I explained my problem with my boiler, she took all my details. Then made a phone call, and I was told someone will be round the next afternoon .
You cannot get better than that.
Will have to see if the engineer is as good as the young lady .

I visited for the first-time last Saturday, looking for a replacement water heater.

Firstly, I was amazed by the vast variety of items they supply. Secondly, the help they gave me was definitely first class – professional, patient, helpful, and without any pressure to buy whatsoever. Thanks to their help, I came away with a new water heater and I'm delighted to have hot water again!
