ibis Madrid Alcorcon Tresaguas

What a nice experience. We come on a family vacation to celebrate the anniversary of two children. A trip to Madrid and two days in the Warner park. Before going I reached out to the hotel to see if it would be possible to have some kind of cake in the breakfast to be able to sing happy birthday to the boys, as one of them was celebrating 5 years old on the last day on the hotel. Alejandro was the person from the Hotel who organized this and they not only brought the cake but also brought a gift for our little boy. The hotel is clean and easy to access. They have a lot of parking slots but is also very easy to park on the street in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the price was very good if you think on everything that the hotel provides. There is a big shopping center near to hotel which make easy for shopping and eating and it is close enough to Madrid Warner Park. A great stay and I will be back for sure.

Rooms are clean. Personel is very helpful. I had a backache in last day I wanted to stay one more hour. They accepted without any claim. Location is very far from City Center but bus station is in front of the hotel. There are two super market and one shopping center close to hotel. Price/performance is quite high.

Fantastic hotel. Basic rooms like all Ibis hotels but always clean and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The price is always the best around and there is loads of parking.

Our third visit in this Ibis hotel. Always a warm welcome and friendly smiling staff. Clean rooms and safe free parking behind the fence. Breakfast is excellent. Also accepting dogs, quite convenient.

It's a good place if you have to go to some place near to Alcorcon. It's near to M-50 road, the people is nice and they have confortable beds and a free carpark.
