Worse tour operator ever. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with them, in terms of services, on site assistance and tour guides. Bad organization, lack
of communication between the client and the local assistant/guide. We were suppose to follow a program but we discovered in Luxor they put us together with other group from another Tour Operator and they were skipping some attractions included in our package (we forced them to bring us to some
Temples and we had to paid by ourselves the difference which is unacceptable). The guide in Il Cairo abandoned us at the pyramids without explaining us anything about it and left with our clients to bring them to other attractions (paid 70€ each). No historical explanation given also in Luxor and in all the temples we visited. The cruise was not comfortable and they couldn’t change our cabin (close to the engine) , even if the boat was not full when we asked the change. I opened a complaint 2 month ago and I still haven’t received a feedback. I work in tourism in a Tour Operator and I find this behavior not professional at all. They ruined our holiday.

Hoy domingo 23 de octubre de 2022, nuestro guía nos ha dejado olvidados en una de las excursiones, en absoluto puedo recomendar que viajéis con ellos. Un auténtico desastre y te destrozan las vacaciones.
