Mal, así de claro. No se que pensara el dueño pero un negocio no creo que deba llevarse así. Primera respuesta al decirle por teléfono que solicitaba cita para una revisión: “ Y TÚ QUIEN ERES?,NO ERES CLIENTE MÍO NO?” así, a palo seco, no soy cliente suyo, mi intención era serlo... para posteriormente tras darle datos berrear: “LLÁMAME EL LUNES, QUE ESTOY MUY OCUPADO”.... ni buenos días ni gracias y con un tono que pareciera estar hablando con él presidenta... en fin señor de niza2 ahí se quede y sonría un poco más, no por nosotros, sino por usted mismo
