Far del Fangar

It was a long walk, but it was definitely worth it.

Spend as much time as necessary to find that person, place or thing that will guide you in the moments when you are most lost. When you find your lighthouse, it will show you the way to your destiny. As it happened to me one afternoon at the Fangar beach, at the Ebro Delta. The wind was blowing so hard that we could hardly take two steps in a row without losing balance. Moreover, it seemed as if all the sand on the beach wanted to end up on our faces. It was hard to see where we were going and we were about to give up. But then it appeared. At first it was just a silhouette, but as we moved forward, the Fangar lighthouse guided us to a sunset like we had never seen before.

Beautiful location, about an hours walk along the beach from the nearest road.

Attention. You have to walk like 1h to reach the lighthouse. However the walk is very relaxing, the sounds of the waves and birds just erase all worries and stress out of you. And once you reach the lighthouse you will enjoy the place, the dunes, th sky, and the feeling. Totally recommended

Before going, a friend of mine told me it was a boring place with nothing to do there, and actually, it's kind of true. Still, for me, just the one-hour walk on the beach to get to the lighthouse, plus the sound of the waves and the beautiful dessert-ish bird reservoir on your left, was enough to enjoy the trip. I really liked it, and I'll likely do it again.

Beautiful beach where you have to reach the lighthouse on foot. The parking was easy to find.

Un lloc increíble, una excursió molt còmode....
El far és un dels icones del Delta.
Nosaltres vam portar entrepans i aigua i vam menjar a l'ombra del far....quina tranquilitat i quina pau.
Ens queda tornar per anar fins la Punta ja que se'ns va fer tard.

Un paseo excepcional por la playa desde el parking hasta el faro. Eso sí, son 8 kms entre la ida y la vuelta.

Bonito Faro del Fangar, recomendable para dar un paseo con niños o mascotas. El día que fuimos el acceso directo a pie de faro en coche estaba cortado y tuvimos que andar por el camino a pire de playa unos 3,5km Ida y 3,5km vuelta, para poder acceder, nos llevo unos 90 minutos en llegar, perfectamente señalizado y con una valla para no acceder a la zona protegida.

Lloc espectacular per visitar per la tranquilitat que hi ha. Cal anar per la vora del mar per no fer malbé les dunes. Hi ha unes balices que així ho indiquen. Recorregut d'anada i tornada amb un total de 8 Km que es fa en 2 h. La platja a dia d'avui totalment neta.
