The Shack Xaló

Had a lovely evening at The Shack. Food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Cherry was so attentive and gave us some excellent recommendations regarding our food and drinks. Would highly recommend.

This was a pleasant surprise. We've had a great breakfast on the terrace ,which has a stunning view. Waiting staff is very nice.

Great place for breakfast, the pancakes were lovely. Staff were friendly and spoke English which is always good as our Spanish is terrible. There is an eclectic mix of original art for sale inside that's worth a look. The bathrooms were great, the ladies/baby change was huge.

This place is a perfect example of simple, no-nonsense, high-quality, creative menus.
Combined with speedy, friendly service and excellent value for money, 'The Shack' has become 'my' restaurant in this area.
Moreover, this is one place where they truly understand food allergies/intolerances and are willing to be flexible.

Delicious goats cheese salad, the staff are lovely and professional. Great views onto the mountains and super close to the antique Market. Worth a trip.

Fantastic lunch of roast beef for me & tuna salad for hubby. Food was exceptional & considering we hadn't book they kindly squeezed us in. The desserts were delicious, wine cool & crisp would recommend.

Called in unexpectedly and we’re delighted with the food. Lots available on the menu but we had the menu del dia which was excellent

Had a really tasty lunch today. We were heading to another restaurant in Jalon, but it was closed for a private function so we found The Shack by a lucky chance. We will definitely be back, good price lovely food, and attentive staff🤗

Decided to visit here on the last day of our holiday. It's a shame we didn't come earlier in the week as we'd have most definitely come back. Top quality food and all with a view over the valley. Hope to visit again in the future

Clean modern cafe with great selection of healthy and vegan options, including fresh juices etc. I went with my laptop and found it a great space to work. I look forward to going again and trying their lunch menu.

Had the daily special menu. My friend and I had different starters, main courses and desserts so between us we tasted most of the special menu.
We were not disappointed - first rate. Well done the Shack

Great snack mid cycle

We just popped in for brunch. The eggs benedict are the best I have had in Spain. It's hard to find a good muffin here!
As always, highly recommended!
