I contacted this company on What's up, in English. They answer even after working hours which is a very good service. I told them about the problem, sent photos, we agreed about the price. They came next morning and helped me with my problem. Put up a new water heater/ boiler in my apartment. Thank you for fast and good service !

I recommend this company as they give excellent service. I had a water leak and was unable to turn off the water, I telephoned and the plumber (Havier) arrived within a couple of hours. He quickly sorted the problem for me. I was also pleased that he spoke some English as my Spanish is poor.

An extremely friendly and efficient service. The company was willing to translate to English and be patient with my also using some Spanish, Gorge supported me by ringing a technician in a different company that I needed to communicate with. They replied to my email and phone contact very quickly kept the appointment time arranged. I will definitely use this company again.

Had an issue with my water heater which had stopped working. The system is more complicated than a normal electric water heater so it was not easy to find someone to come and have a look. I contacted Torrefon and they came the next day and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Torrefon, efficient and professional.

Our water heater had stopped working.We had Fontana recommended to us and they responded to our enquiry within 24 hours and attended our property within 48 hours and fixed the problem at a reasonable price and we’re friendly.

Tubimos un problema con la llave de paso del agua y enseguida llego para arreglar la gotera.
Para no decir que hace más de un año nos cambió el calentador de agua . Llegó por urgencia estaba goteando . Lo mismo que ahora.Nos lo cambio enseguida y perfecto.

Llame y me atendieron rápidamente, necesitaba que me hiciera el trabajo enseguida. A la hora ya estaba todo hecho, muy buen trabajo, limpio y rápido. Nos atendió Javier muy educado.

Trato excelente, precio adecuado.
Tardaron un poco en poder venir a casa pero entra dentro de lo normal ya que nos pilló en Semana Santa y tampoco era una cosa muy urgente.
Al menos nos han intentado dar solución a un grave problema de malos olores donde otros se desentendieron totalmente.
