Hemos comprado dos habitaciones juveniles,las escogimos por catalogo, y nos decidimos a comprarlas por el vendedor(Jose) ,nos dio una atención perfecta, muy amable y profesional. Se nota que les falta personal, y el vendedor Intenta estar en todo y es un poco incómodo para ambos.

Tienen muy buenos muebles y la atención al publico ,( del personal para asesorar etc...),es exquisito...Especialmente el de una chica que se llama Maria Vicenta y se preocupa de que todo cumpla con las mejores expectativas de los clientes...

Ordered suite, arrived in good time BUT, wrong colour and wrong fabric!!! Was confused but kept telling myself this cannot be right but still tried to convince myself that it was. There was a snag in 2 of the cushions so took these back and the scissors came out and the snags cut off stating any further problems it is guaranteed. I still began to question myself about the colour and fabric until a friend agreed about the colour hence my return to the store to confirm my doubts. I was advised that the fabric that I ordered was no longer available so was asked to choose another. There was no mention of a refund and I also did not request one. I mentioned a compensation refund to which was replied perhaps 110€ but had to be put to the owner. I took delivery just over two weeks ago and later communicated of my disappointment with the fabric and asked about the compensation or good will gesture to which I was told that there was no wrong doing but if I wanted to take it further then that was up to me.
The suite is OK but I’m sorry that I didn’t request a refund, you live and learn!!!!!
