Excellent service! I highly recommend them! You can book an appointment via WhatsApp, they speak English, and the whole process is just smooth and easy.

In my opinion, this is the best BMW service in whole region. COMUNICATION, TRANSPARENCY, SPEED, QUALITY. I have very bad experience with BMW dealerships in Alicante. They never listen to you, whatever problem you demonstrate they will never fix it. But in BMW Auto Quality they treat you everytime with respect and SOLVE the problems everytime. My car had several problems, of course the specialists in dealerships didnt have clue what to do. BMW Auto Quality found the issue and fixed it. Great job guys

Absolute perfect company, my wife her mini and my BMW X5 in service here, very professional, when we moved to this region we asked BMW Torrevieja and they give us 14 days just check why Cabrio was not opens, by visit this company was in 5 minutes fixed and new appointment for my service in 5 days. Engineer speaks good english and very fair pricing. Can recommend anyone take this garage, if you own a BMW or MINI living in Orihuela Costa Torrevieja region, for sure the best.

My X3 suffered with the common transfer box problems. Not having been in Spain long I was a bit concerned about who to trust & where to take it. I need not have worried, BMW Auto Quality lived up to their name. I arrived at their workshop Friday lunchtime and was seen within minutes, they diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Told me they could get the parts for Monday morning and would get the car fixed by lunchtime Monday. Picked up Lunch time Monday. No trouble since . Thank you Guys, excellent work.

Today I used BMW Quality Auto for the first time in Torrevieja. I cannot have had a more positive experience. The technician dealt with my car extremely quickly. Identified the problem, had the part in stock and completed the job in amazing time. They even gave my car a complimentary wash! I will return again whenever I have a problem with my BMW 320Ci. A totally professional company, how refreshing!!

I’m an owner of an old BMW and it has been giving me problems with the AC especially and few other minor things. I have gone from garage to garage whom all talked the talk but never analized or fixed the problem, just charged me. Finally I found Quality Auto in Torrevieja and I can’t praise them enough 👍🏽 Great professionals (Joel who fixed my car) great service and always took the time to explain etc. Highly reccomend them and will only use Quality Auto in the future.
