Es mi Farmacia de confianza.El trato es buenísimo de todo el personal la verdad.Muy atentos,muy amables.Recientemente nos hemos mudado (por lo que ya no es la farmacia mas cercana) y sigo acudiendo a ella.Ademas ahora tienen un servicio de whatsapp por el cual puedo pedirle los fármacos que tomo para asegurarme que cuando vaya los van a tener.👍👍👍👍👍 la recomiendo 100%.

I suffer with ptsd and Agraphobia and have a highly trained Assistance Dog, i went to the farmacia today to be told by the young girl that my dog could not come in, my dog is in uniform and clearly marked as an Assistance Dog in English and Spanish. I politely advised her of the law, she said go outside and i will serve you outside. I firmly said NO to which she went to the back of the farmacy to look for someone to assist her with her discrimination. I told her AGAIN it is Spanish and European law that my Assistance Dog like a guide dog is permitted access. She returned shrugged her shoulders and said 'whatever', by this time i was suffering a panic attack and seriously disturbed. As i left i said 'learn the law' (in Spanish) to which she replied 'tu tambien' i saw red, and shouted 'i know the law nina i have had an Assistance Dog for 8 years' by the time i got back to the car i was in tears. What this young girl does not understand is that her bad attitude seriously affects my confidence and my ability to go out alone in the future. I went alone because I have been to this Farmacia before and was treated with respect, my dog not even commented on, which is how it should be. I seriously think the management should do some in house training to avoid this kind of discrimination in the future. My stress and anxiety will not allow me to return.. Congratulations. It was not a language issue as the whole conversation was in Spanish.

Otrevligt bemötande när jag skulle betala med bankkort. Sa att jag ville betala i euro med mitt svenska bankkort men blev nekad och kassörskan tog maskin från mig och tryckte på betala i svenska kronor. Har aldrig tidigare blivit bemött på detta sätt när jag betalat med kort.

El trato del personal deja mucho que desear.

le pregunte educadamente si había subido los precios de los medicamentos ya que en otra farmacia del centro de Torrevieja pague la mitad por lo mismo y al pedirle el ticket "entredientes" contesto "puedes ir donde quieras con el (ticket)" y mas tarde sin ni siquiera preguntar añadió " los precios los pone el gobierno" mas estúpida no se puede ser, eso si, ire pero no a su farmacia, ahi tiene su "estrella" y porque no se puede poner ninguna, simpática!
