Excellent resort!!!
The location is exceptional next to the sea and next to the center of the town!
The price is value for money!
The breakfast is fabulous and delicious Reach buffet where you can choose either continental or Egyptian breakfast
There are a lot of parking spots but if it is full you can park outside of resort
The suites were above our expectations Very comfortable, clean and had everything inside
All the personnel of the resort were trying their best to satisfy our needs and always with a smile
The internet was excellent (there was router in the suite and the speed was 20mbps)
In concussion the all experience from our staying were outstanding!!! If I could I was giving ten stars!!

Excellent service, very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast food, clean rooms, close to attractions, will recommend to all visiting Port Said for vacation.

Highly recommend for a family vacation. Facilities are new (hopefully to be maintained in the future) . The kitchenette had a washing machine which helped a lot. Breakfast was very good , the staff are helpful. No private beach for the hotel but we were able to access the public beach with low fee and it wasn't crowded at all. The resort is very close to nearby facilities. The lagoon area provided a wide space for swimming with the good relaxing weather. There is some construction work on an aqua park but it wasn't disturbing at all.
The music that was played by the lagoon is very relaxing not loud and disturbing like it happens in other hotels.
Value for money is really good and I hope they are able to maintain the same level.

Definitely the best Hotel in Port Said. Beautiful complex with clean and modern rooms, huge pool and friendly staff.

The place is great, not known yet as far as I understood. Still in there soft opening however the service was great, rooms are spacious and nice and the stuff are more than amazing. Most room are overlooking a really nice pool lagoon and a cafe that has a great view to the beach. A good access to the beach as well ( but the beach is public).
So overall I would definitely recommend it and will be my place of stay in portsaid when I plan to visit again.

A wonderful and very beautiful place, the most suitable place to spend a quiet vacation, especially if there are children. The positive points are many, the most important of which is the good, hospitable and professional treatment of all the staff. The rooms and their service are very distinguished. The swimming pools and the lagoon in the middle of the place are continuous care, cleanliness and great care. The breakfast is good.
There is one negative point, which is this strange and unfamiliar invention, with the presence of a sandy area surrounding the lagoon, and this sandy area causes the lagoon to continue to be polluted from this sand, which requires double effort and wasted energy to clean this sand , It also causes dirt in the rooms, as it sticks to the feet when entering rooms, causing their filth, and a continuous request for housekeeping to re-clean many times.
Please do your best to treat this issue that is not normal at all.
Another negative point, the water flowing at an unbearable high temperature, even though the tap was set to cold water!!!
But finally, we are leaving this place after spending four days and three nights, and all our thinking is when , will we return to it again...

A great hotel resort! The rooms were spacious, clean and very cozy. All furniture was out of massive wood which gave a good impression that it is invested in sustainability. Also each studio has infront of its window a small garden for chilling out with bean bags. The bathroom was a little bit small but more than enough for all your needs. Our room was facing directly the lagoon and had a great view. The lagoon (pool) was very clean and had a sandy style beach infront. There was also another pool area with 3 different pool levels also for smaller children and even babies. The breakfast was delicious and was typical good egyptian one. The waffles were really tasty. Fresh juices would be better though.

The service was kind and always helpful. The cleaning team also.

The hotel is located directly at the beach area but it has no access yet. Around the hotel are plenty of western food restaurants and cafes for a night out.

The value for price was really great!

Highly recommended, the hotel is clean and beautiful, I like the lagoon, it’s big and clean.
Also the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice staff , helpful and decent.
The bad point is that there’s some flies on the food of the breakfast.

Amazing place, the beach entrance pool is beautiful and always perfectly clean. Breakfast was good and rooms are small yet super cozy and clean

The resort is in development but the existing facilities are good quality. The apartments are great with the basics. Bed very comfortable. Pool was nice.

Great place by all means.starting from the reservation process via phone call then the check in took 5 mins by the receptionist her name was Shrouk .she has a professional attitude and work fast. suite was specious with 3 bedrooms with a direct lagon view.the facility is well equipped .the break fast buffet has all you can imagine and wish for with a very good quality the location in the middle of the city.higjly recommended and will definitely come back.
