Awful trip purchased with Mohammed at Bellagio Beach Resort.
Transfers were poor in both terms of transport, driving and safety. No vehicle on outward or return journey had functioning seatbelts.
Tour was not as described and sold to us. Food on boat very poor quality. Snorkeling very short. We saw some dolphins but it was very chaotic and lots of speedboats darting in and out so it would have been dangerous to attempt to get into water. This is definitely not a swim with dolphins experience. We were told we would be able to get into the water if we saw them. Obviously he could not guarantee seeing them which we understood.
No water boat/ banana activity. Boat we were on said that these had been postponed for the last 10 days.
On our return Mohammed tried to claim that he had told us that some activities would not be included.
This is absolutely not true.
Disappointed as many people have had great trips out for dolphins/ snorkeling/ water activity but they used a different company
Would not recommend at all.

Hemos hecho la excursión de Paradise beach. Para empezar, al contratar el tour en el hotel Bellagio te dicen que es a las 8 y nos hemos ido del hotel a la 8:40.
El chico que nos vendió el tour nos dijo que estaríamos 2h en la playa, una vez en el barco, hemos estado en Paradise beach 1 hora, con una parada de snorkel que dura hora y media porque aprovechan para bucear, mientras tú esperas en el barco.
El coral y los peces que se ven en el snorkel no tiene nada que ver con la fotos que te enseñan al contratar la excursión, además la zona está llena de medusas.
La comida es pobre y la tripulación( fotógrafos, capitán etc) te intenta engañar cambiándote euros por monedas egipcias que se parecen mucho.
Sin duda es una estafa de excursión, no lo recomiendo a nadie, ni con esta compañía ni con ninguna.

u predviđeno vrijeme polaska u 4:30 čekali smo na ulici do 5:00 da se autobus konačno pojavi. Vodič autobusa nije nam rekao ni "dobro jutro" i ispričao se zbog kašnjenja i razloga kašnjenja.Ovo je najkraće što mogu napisati nakon ogromnog razočarenja s osobama koje vas kao agenciju predstavljaju u kontaktu s turistima koji koriste vaše usluge a evo i slika tog vodića jer nisam ni sigurna dali nam je rekao pravo ime.

Rečeno na početku, nakon obilaska imamo 15 minuta za fotografiranje ali ništa od toga. on jedino hoće prodati dopunski izlet brodom i privjeske s našim imenom napisane hieruglifima. Mnogi ljudi u autobusu su jako razočarani. Ponaša se i viče na nas kao da smo djeca u vrtiću i prijeti da će nas ostaviti ako ga ne poslušamo. u Dolini kraljeva pojedinci ne smiju posjetiti treću grobnicu koja je uključena u cijenu ulaznice jer više nema vremena za to, a tu smo bili kao da smo na na brzinskoj utrci s ograničenim vremenom .
u autobusu bilo 6 lokalnih osoba, vozać, vodić, osiguranje... koji su jako glasno pričali kao da se svađaju da ih se čulo na drugom kraju autobusa. na povratku pitala naziv odgovorne agencije za ostavit imptesije i ocjene putovanja a odgovor je bio ".to nije važno, to Vas ne interesira" . na ponovljeno pitanje i inzistiranje samo je kratko promrmljao Haradoza . ukratko - SRAMOTA . inaće ta osoba jako loše i nerazgovjetno govori Engleski jezik i svima mam je bio problem shvatiti šta kaže čak i kad je pokušao kazat da osobe iz pojedinih hotela prelaze iz jednog u drugi autobus.

Visite prévu à max. 8 pers, nous étions 15 pers...
Trip acheté 150€ alors que les autres passagers ont acheté 120€.
Chauffeurs irrespectueux (passe devant les autres bus et s'embrouille avec les chauffeurs, conduite dangereuse, pressé de rentrer tout ça pour que les chauffeurs s'arrêtent manger pendant que tout le bus patiente devant le restaurant... sympa merci, sans parler des hurlements d'un des chauffeurs au tel pendant le retour de nuit, et des passages des ralentisseurs à fond...)
Visite guidées au pas de course, temple 30min max alors que la visite des boutiques à touristes, hors programme, dure plus longtemps que les visite des monuments, sans parler de la visite des singes et des crocodiles en cage...
Les monuments sont magnifiques dommage que l'organisation et les chauffeurs ne soient pas à la hauteur...
