Tranquil and reflective spot. About 1000 graves of soldiers from WW 1 & 2 from many countries. Open from 07:30 to 14:30 daily except Fri. Gate is unlocked but closed, turn the handle to let yourself in. Entrance is from Saad Zaghloul St. Peaceful and quiet, no disturbances, graves are kept neat with plantings. (Contrast to the Catholic cemetery next door - entrance also from Saad Zaghloul, bang on the door until the caretaker lets you in for a fee. Many old Italian tombs from a previous era in Port Said history.)

The janitor was super helpful and friendly. The quotes under each memorial is worth reading so take ur time in readimg them. The place closes at 2:30pm
