Nour El Gourna Hotel

Absolutely fantastic . If I had 7 stars I would put it as it is worth every single penny. It is real authentic tasty Egyptian farm food of the highest worth. A quiet space outside with great service. Tagins of local veggies and the freshest organic meats. You can even see veggies growing at the entrance. Fresh sour dough sun bread is served softer than any other restaurant . A hidden jewel 💎

This hotel is really cosy and close from most of the archeological sites. The personnal there is really nice, helps you if you need recommendations or advises. They have as well a restaurant and it is really tasty. I definitely recommend

My favourite place on the West Bank of Luxor to have a delicious, authentic Egyptian meal. Set in a lovely little palm grove, in the middle of all the amazing antiquities of Luxor, it's the perfect place to take a break during sightseeing or spend a leisurely afternoon or evening relaxing and munching Upper Egyptian style. Love it there!!!

I come here everytime when I need some timeout in Luxor. The best hotel of the whole area and Luxor. Nothing fancy, nothing touristic. Just real and authentic. The hotel itself is a farmhouse with very kind staff , the best view you can get. The funeraly temples, the Kings Valley is just a few minutes away. From your balcony you can see the Memnon Colossi even ( basically it is located right behind it ).

The food is just super delicious, I love it.

I truly recommend it, cat and dog friendly people will find their pleasure here also :)

I know the owner Mahmoud since 1988 when he worked for Sheikh Aly as a cook. Eating at Noir El-Gourna is like to jump back into the past and find back of the most pure "gurnay" tradition. They look colorful and they taste genuine. Pay a visit if you really want to dive into the real gurna experience!!!

The food ist awesome 😀 This ist the perfect place to rest between sightseeing. It is close to many historical sites. The owners are very welcoming. Try the duck!

A very nice family business with comfy rooms, good food and services. The location is great, close to the different tombs and temples.

Probablement votre meilleure option pour déjeuner entre deux visites dans la vallée des rois !
La nourriture est faite du jour, goutue, le patron accueillant et la terrasse ombragée offre un parfait refuge pour se restaurer avant de nouvelles découvertes.
Vois pouvez y allez les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Au pieds de la vallée des rois. En plein centre de tous les sites archéologiques de la région.
Personnel très accueillant et avenant.
Chambre magnifique dans le style ancien.
Un endroit parfait pour décompresser et apprécier l'Égypte.

Eine Oase im wahrsten Sinne
Fantastisches,köstliches und frisches einheimisches Essen abseits der Straße, etwas versteckt. Tische im Schatten der Bäume sehr großzügige Mengen und super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Diese Oase ist zwischen zwei historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten dem Tempel des Amenophis ||| und Mortuary Temple of Merenptah. Wer in der Nähe ist sollte unbedingt dort was essen.
